I had the Morpheus8 treatment with Samira and can't recommend her enough! She is incredibly knowledgeable about the machine and technology. She walked me through exactly what to expect, adjusted the settings based on my specific concerns, and clearly knew the equipment inside and out. She also did a fantastic job with the numbing prior to the procedure and because of that I was able to tolerate the treatment just fine! She made the whole experience feel professional and safe and explained the aftercare thoroughly. I am very happy with my results and will be back for another session. Update: I went once a week for over two years and also purchased other expensive services. I moved away for a six-month period and just moved back. SORRY TO SAY BUT I NO LONGER CAN SAY TO GO HERE, THEY OBVIOUSLY HAVE NO CARE FOR UNKNOWN CUSTOMERS. While I had an appointment, it was obvious that I wasnt the priority over the walk-ins who needed a more expensive treatment. Based on treatment, triog would have started the line and then attended the couple who would need attention for 30 min while my line was going. It was great being able to listen to them laugh about cute jackets and things while I waited. After waiting 25 min for the nurse to finish before she came out, another nurse passed by without acknowledging I was there. I wasn't asked if I needed something to drink and the person at the front desk was less than knowledgeable about the products they offer. She couldn't do simple math, but that is more of a personal attack than about this business, because other conversations were more important than I was. I know she grew up in Hawaii, she use to be a flight attendent, I can keep going on how much i learned. The other had too many free self-services (taking advantage of the free discount of the services) I have tricky veins; I always give a warning. It took the nurse four attempts to select and maintain the line. WHY? Every time she tried to start the drip after she finished hooking me up to the line, it would not flow. I told her it was a issue with either the line, spike, vent, or IV bag itself. Naturally, I was ignored. I might not be a nurse or doctor, but I have been getting the same IV once a week for over 3 years, and I have had this happen before, not only here (the nurse at that time recognized the issue right away) but at other places. 4 pokes later, and she was able to start the drip (if you can call it that). I know my body, I know what's normal, and I have many nurse friends whom I was able to text. She kept making excuses that didnt make sense, and the drip went slower than I can describe. 2.5 hours later, the drip wasn't done, there was pain where the line was injected, AND the bag didnt even finish. I had been there too long, and I started to have pain. There was NO apologies, there was no discount offered for the inconvenience, no one even worried if my car was at a meter and needed a top up because i was there 3x longer than planned. However, they were very worried about a similar situation with another person. Thanks for the ticket on top of the IV cost. DM ME IF YOU WANT A RECO ON A BETTER OPTION. Just experienced Morpheus 8 with Mary about a week ago. The results were impressive. Being in my 50's you can imagine collagen loss is real. I felt below my chin and jawline needed some rejuvenation and gave this a try. I noticed immediate results! There's some redness which lasts 1-2 days, the next day your skin looks really good though. It's recommended you have multiple treatments, especially since we're fighting against gravity and collagen loss. With any treatment that helps stimulate collagen, you must do multiple treatments to get more sustainable results. And, maintenance will be needed as we continue to age, there's no way around this - unless you're in your 20's or 30's still ;-). That being said, it is a great non-invasive, quick recovery and no down time treatment. You will be numbed before the treatment so it's pretty painless. Highly recommend if you're feeling the collagen loss! Again, the results are impressive and I'm glad I did it! This was my first time getting any type of IV treatment. HOLY MOLY let me just saw I am a converted IV girl. To be quite honest I did not expect to see changes with my treatment hours after I received the IV. I went with the Mirror Mirror on the wall treatment. It B-complex, Vitamin C, and Glutathione. This helps reduce wrinkles, dry skin, skin blemishes, and age spots. In my face I noticed a significant difference with my wrinkles and firmness of my skin. Additionally, I had more energy as well. Next time I think I will do the Glutathione shots and will be coming in weekly for my Glutathione shots -- which was $50 when I last check which I think is EXTREMELY REASONABLE. I haven't done botox, but staff confirmed they will be doing botox soon which I think is great because of the prime location. Ivy En Rose is at the cusp of Daly City/South City and San Francisco and right off the freeway which is super easy to get to and out of the city as well. The process was stress free and quite simple/easy as well. I signed some paper work they asked me a few questions about my health and family healthy history and was able to talk to a doctor on the phone in a private room. Process was 10/10! Staff was also sooo amazing, pleasurable to be around, and loved their high fun energy as well!! I called and spoke with Mary whom answered all of my questions over the phone. I had been looking for a local place that offers vitamin shots. I am a mother of 4 and always feeling drained and find myself waking up in the middle of the night. I work out 3x a week, but needed something a little extra. She offered the Go Getter and Ain't I Awesome shots (IV Therapy was out of my budget right now). About an hour later, I felt a difference! I stumbled across Ivy en Rose as I made my way home today after attending a day long conference in the city. I was exhausted and ready to be home but the aesthetic of the store caught my eye. I figured why not check it out. I was greeted with a warm welcome by nurse Ranika. I told her I was feeling drained and exhausted and was not sure how I will make it the rest of the week. On her advice, I got the "Pump up the jam" IV lol and B12 shot. As soon as I got home, I felt a second wind and the fog clearing in my brain. I went to Ivy en Rose after attending a bachelor party! I heard about it from some friends and I figured I would give it a go. The day after returning from the Bachelor party, I received a "hangover" IV therapy. I was unsure on how it would effect me, however, it left me feeling rejuvenated and with more energy. I did not realize I would feel such a positive impact that quickly. Nurse Ranika was really helpful and made the IV injection seamless. I am nervous around needles but I felt comfortable the entire time. I can definitely add I was feeling the repercussions of the weekend and would recommend people to try! I have always wanted to try an IV hydration therapy, but never really knew anything about it. I discovered Ivy en Rose in West Portal and the registered nurse, Mary, assessed my needs and we came up with a treatment plan. Mary was very knowledgeable, welcoming & compassionate. She answered all of my questions and was very patient with me. We did "The Go-Skinny" vitamin shot and I am afraid of needles, but Mary did it so quickly, I barely felt anything! Nurse Mary also recommend I do the Crowd Pleaser IV therapy since I am experiencing low energy, sleep deprivation, exhaustion and I feel sluggish. As I was getting my treatment, I was given a warm blanket that made me feel relaxed and cozy! I felt so much more energized and in general felt really good the day of and even days after! I tried IV hydration after multiple cancelled flights and a long travel. I was feeling exhausted, after a night of sleep something was still off so I tried their "catch flights not feelings". While getting my Iv, the nurse there walked me through the nutrients, what is the difference between IVs and taking vitamins. She was thorough, asked some follow up questions after the medical exam. The experience was easy, pleasant and relaxing. As a person who hates needles, this was an amazing experience for me. I felt amazing within hours of taking it. I recently got an Apple Watch and my male friend who's younger than me sent me a request for a week long fitness challenge and I accepted. Since I'm very competitive I was not going to allow myself to lose so I increased my workouts to several a day and boy was I sore! I decided to stop by Ivy En Rose to check it out and saw that they had a "Pump up the Jam" IV treatment which fast tracks muscle recovery. It rejuvenated me!
