The owner told me that he worked for a dealership for nearly 2 decades and received lots of specialized training in that time. He explained a suspension issue to be in a way that gave me lots of confidence in his knowledge. he was basically sharing the physics of the suspension system, and demonstrated the lesson to me in a way that I understand. Scientific - I came to them requesting a service that was recommended by a different mechanic. Rather than just completing the service that I requested, they investigated my problem from a clean lake. They basically ruled out, the other mechanics, suggestion, and used my observations of the problem to investigate the problem in the systematic fashion. The process looked to me to be scientific, which also gave me a lot of confidence in them. Effectiveness - they corrected the problem that I was experiencing. They saved me a fortune. Even if the other mechanics opinion was correct, and I would have had to pay these guys a fortune, I would still give them a five star rating because the quality work they do is top notch. They're smart guys. Don't judge a book by its cover. If you are used to taking your car into the corporate auto body shop like Firestone or Pep Boys, just be open minded.
