I spoke with Mauricio on Monday. Spoke with them and informed them that my car was still moving slightly to the left even after another wheel alignment(done at another shop). Also that my car shakes while idling(at a red light) and stops once the AC turns on. They scheduled me for an appointment the next day and performed a visual inspection, wheel alignment and diagnostic. They kept me informed every step of the way and gave me options. They informed me that the car has some damage to the frame which is why it still sways to the left a bit and that the shaking while idling is normal. When I went to go pick up my vehicle, the original charges were supposed to be $120 for the alignment and an additional $150 for the diagnostic. They only charged me $120 for the alignment and $80 for the diagnostic since the shaking was normal. I really appreciate them. It's hard to find honest people in the auto body business! Not returning. After the first "diagnostic" you guys did on my explorer and failed to diagnose the fuses they were going to charge me $450+ for a wire diagnostic and still have to pay for the labor and parts. I fixed it myself. I then take my Hyundai accent to get my rotors and to bleed the brakes, first of all I got a better quote somewhere else and it wasn't until I mentioned that they took off like $30 plies he forgot to apply the $15 discount. After they finished I left and my brake pedal was still spongy. I came back and they said they can clean it and adjust the brake shoes for an additional $90 come to find out that whatever they did was no help at all down the street after I left the second time, nothing changed. They could've said get new brake drums and we can replace them. That $90 could've went to the brake drums and then after a few days of not noticing because I wasn't expecting an oil leak I see oil spots under the car. My Hyundai was parked for months with 0 leaks after bringing it here I magically have an oil leak possibly my transmission bc both sides are covered. I checked the engine and the blue gasket I put on isn't there and I recently put that on with a new cover. I've done work on it myself because I don't trust shops and this is another shop that has failed me twice. I wouldn't recommend them. Not to mention they had a customer that same day questioning them about their a/c program and how it was a scam bc he's a contractor and noticed something that wasn't right. Maybe they targeted me and did that so I can come back to get more work done but I'm not dumb I've worked on my own car before and have gotten before service/quote from mobile services. read more

Wow! After getting ripped off by two other "reputable Porsche garages" and two months of limbo with getting someone to correctly fix my clutch, my research led me to Galindo. They really CARED that we had a problem and did everything to correct what the other garages charged us for, temporary fixes that didn't even get us home, and then refused to help more. Came here to fix AC problem. Only to wait 1.5 hours to be charged/ scammed $156 for zip tie trying to hold a wire in place which it didn't even last exiting the parking lot. They told me not to hit any speed bumps, potholes or anything of the matter, yet I only drove down the parking lot and Sierra Ave which there were no bumps, potholes, etc. They told me that if the problem still persists I have to come back to pay a $800+ charge for a part without labor. Only come here if you want to get scammed. We payed over 1,300$ for them to fix the ac and when they returned the car there was absolutely no difference. When i turn on the cold air it feels as if there is no difference. When its cold outside and i turn on the heater it throws out cold air. I returned to complain because there was no difference they also had a warranty on it. They told me i need to pay even though i had warranty. They later said that they didnt know it was going to be such a complicated job. If you are aware that you're not able to handle something why are you going to rob hard working people out of money. On top of that they are so unprofessional they were acting as if we should be the ones to blame. I wasted 1,300$ here THAT IS 3 WEEKS WORTH OF WORK FOR THERE TO BE ABSOLUTELY NO DIFFERENCE IN THE AC.
