Weird people came in for an oil change and when I pulled off the stearing wheel sign came on, when I pulled over I turned off my car tried to turn it back on and it's dead. Guy said it wasn't turning on that's why he had to jump it.. coincidence but okay then he showed me the remote it said 60% later another guy shows me 8% and says it's cuz it damaged smh before I got there I was driving around everywhere. When I arrived to pick it up they had installed a new started but did not change the price as he stated it was miscommunication on their end. I will to take my 83 Chevy truck in for a simple fuel pump install. I've only been once but will go again and recommend them. Not easy to find a good mechanic in that area. I got different messages from different people while I took my car in for an electrical issue. One guys says rewiring will be done simple job quoted me around $40. Another guys says we need to go through all the wires and it's going to be $130. When I said never mind that's too much money. I was told the problem was fixed we don't need to do that job for $130 but you need to replace your breaks and quoted me something outrageous. I just don't trust these guys and would never go back. Long time returning customer referred to by family. Horrible experience. Came in the morning with a few questions. Some old man said he charges $50 per question. I asked if it was a joke, confirmed he actually does charge. Someone needs to teach him when a potential customer comes and says, "hey I have a few questions." It's a conversation starter. If I really had questions I would use Google. I actually needed a smog check and to check my tire pressure. He actually denied me both, he said "no go down the street to get a smog and no air for your tires." Never before have I been treated this way. Save yourself the trouble. read more

A full synthetic oil change with filter and a new air filter for a 2013 Subaru Impreza hatchback came in under $80.00 versus the $150.00 to $300.00 you'll be asked to pay at Jiffy Lube or Pep Boys, not to mention enduring a barrage of upsells and faked maintenance intervals like claiming the AWD differential oil should have been changed at 6,000 miles and that it's time to flush and refill the fluid in your Subaru's CVT automatic transmission. Subaru states this shouldn't be needed by most drivers, and if it's needed, after 150,000 miles of extreme driving conditions like a fleet vehicle, not barely 30,000 everyday miles.
