The A/C on my Toyota Camary was not blowing cold air. I texted Alex to see if he was taking appointments on Labor Day, which was only one day notice. He agreed to meet me on Labor Day. I asked for a ball park estimate. He told me the diagnostic is free. Alex diagnosed the problem on Labor Day and the temperature outside was over 100 degrees. Wow! Alex is amazing! He responded to my request immediately! I needed my Turbo charger replaced in my Hyundai Veloster Turbo! Alex came to my house, diagnosed the problem and attempted to find a replacement part at a reasonable cost. Once the part was purchased, Alex went to work and had the new Turbo Charger installed in the matter of hours! While doing the repair, Alex noticed my oil was contaminated and didn't want to run the new part with dirty oil. Alex picked up the phone right away. We had a transmission light go off on our car and he was able to come on a Saturday night to check what the problem was. I had two cars needing some repairs. One was a battery replacement and the other an alternator replacement. I could have had each of the cars towed to a mechanic but I simply didn't have the time to do so. Found this business on Yelp so I contacted them to inquire about my needs. My questions were answered promptly and I was given a fair quote on the repairs. Alex came out to switch the battery. Unfortunately, the battery we switched out was bad and I got a replacement (it was still under warranty:)) and got an alternator for my other car. Needed thread repair on my transmission pan bolts which was caused from it being over torqued from the previous owner. My car was stuck in my friend's garage. No other shop wanted to deal with my transmission as it is CVT transmission and they all wanna just replace it instead. Looked for a quote for thread repair and they gave me the MOST AFFORDABLE one. No other shop compared to their quote and besides that they knew what they were doing and was also willing to work on my car with my provided parts which no other shop did. Showed me everything I needed to get the job done and it was done properly. Took a bit longer than expected due to the bolt unexpectedly tearing but I thought I would've been charged more for that but I wasn't and they stuck to their original quote. Very friendly as well and responsive too. I wish them all the success they needed as their help might've prevented me from buying another car outright as the cost of a new transmission is more expensive than my car. For anybody curious what the issue was, the gasket in my tranny was cracked so I had to replace it, but I did not know that the bolts have been over torqued so the bolts would not tighten as they got stripped.
