Wow! Alex is amazing! He responded to my request immediately! I needed my Turbo charger replaced in my Hyundai Veloster Turbo! Alex came to my house, diagnosed the problem and attempted to find a replacement part at a reasonable cost. Once the part was purchased, Alex went to work and had the new Turbo Charger installed in the matter of hours! While doing the repair, Alex noticed my oil was contaminated and didn't want to run the new part with dirty oil. Alex picked up the phone right away. We had a transmission light go off on our car and he was able to come on a Saturday night to check what the problem was. It ended up not being something he could fix for us but he helped us reset the check engine lights so that we could drive our car home and went out of his way to drive my husband around the neighborhood to show him how to safely drive us home without us breaking down on the side of the road again. I paid him a 600 deposit via zelle in good faith as he said I could trust him to have service perform in which he never did nor never delivered. I had two cars needing some repairs. One was a battery replacement and the other an alternator replacement. I could have had each of the cars towed to a mechanic but I simply didn't have the time to do so. Found this business on Yelp so I contacted them to inquire about my needs. My questions were answered promptly and I was given a fair quote on the repairs. Alex came out to switch the battery. Unfortunately, the battery we switched out was bad and I got a replacement (it was still under warranty:)) and got an alternator for my other car. I contacted Alex and he agreed to come on a Saturday morning to do the repairs. Needless to say, he completed both cars surprisingly quick as I stood there having a full conversation with him. Needed thread repair on my transmission pan bolts which was caused from it being over torqued from the previous owner. My car was stuck in my friend's garage. No other shop wanted to deal with my transmission as it is CVT transmission and they all wanna just replace it instead. Looked for a quote for thread repair and they gave me the MOST AFFORDABLE one. No other shop compared to their quote and besides that they knew what they were doing and was also willing to work on my car with my provided parts which no other shop did. Showed me everything I needed to get the job done and it was done properly. Took a bit longer than expected due to the bolt unexpectedly tearing but I thought I would've been charged more for that but I wasn't and they stuck to their original quote. Very friendly as well and responsive too. I wish them all the success they needed as their help might've prevented me from buying another car outright as the cost of a new transmission is more expensive than my car. For anybody curious what the issue was, the gasket in my tranny was cracked so I had to replace it, but I did not know that the bolts have been over torqued so the bolts would not tighten as they got stripped.
