Had an Oil leak on my 2012 Toyota Sienna, and needed valve cover gaskets replaced. Front and rear brakes (with Rotors) replaced. Mike kept constant communication before and during the job. Called Mike on Saturday, he troubleshot the issue was a failed water pump over the phone. Came Monday morning, with the parts, and fixed it on the spot. Even brought a thermostat since they are usually replaced at the same time just in case. Was careful to ensure there were no leaks. Sadly there was an issue with the brand new water pump gasket. So he redid the entire job again to replace the gasket at no extra charge. He makes sure the job is done right, and I'll be using him again.
