That evening I texted asking if we could remove them, and she told me she had no availability for a full week -- even though removal is a 20-30 minute service and I had just paid close to $300. I suggested a partial refund so I could have them removed elsewhere, and she never responded. It has now been a week with no follow-up. On top of that, the appointment felt rushed with back-to-back clients and the ambiance and overall service didn't match the premium price point. For the price and the level of service advertised, this was very disappointing and unacceptable customer service.

No pain - A freaking miracle compared to the acrylics I've been getting over the past year. He was quick but very careful and efficient. We had a great conversation about traveling. Then I had an equally amazing pedicure by another man, who offered a long and thorough foot and leg massage. I always leave the salon paying right around or under $100, for both my acrylics and pedicure, including 20% tip. I will not go anywhere else unless I end up moving again, too far away. The salon is also conveniently located next to coffee and food, so it's nice to get there early and get some grub before indulging in a little pampering.
