I am so happy to have finally found exactly what I've been looking for. Local, woman owned business. Easy street parking. Walk-in service. Fast. Completely painless - i kind of enjoy the feeling of it? Great pricing. The gal that works Wednesday mid-day is so sweet and does SUCH good work. I'll have to get her name next time. My eyebrows grow in a kind of odd shape and she somehow nails them. Highly recommend. Also - if you're still waxing it's time to switch!!!!! read more

I think this place is overpriced for the experience you get. They recently increased their prices by 33% (15 to 20) and I don't see how that is justified. I have been going to get my brows done there on and off for the last couple years and seems like every time, they just do what they have to do to get me in and out of my seat - maybe less than a minute? It feels rushed and not that relaxing appointment you are looking for when going to get your eyebrows done. $20 for threading is more than LA in some places but at least in LA, they take their time and are gentle especially with the scissors for trimming. read more

When my wife goes here I sit and watch she always comes out with very symmetrical eyebrows very clean woman owned would recommend when my wife gets her eye brows done at other places I can tell because they turn out crooked but not here they always do a great job read more

This is my third time going. Today I was beyond disappointed. I got there at 10, it was still closed. 10 mins later someone shows up. I was the first one one I'm the door. The first time I went even though I asked to not make the arch too high they did. I thought it was an honest mistake. The second time I go the head lady did better and was letting the thinned out area grow in. Today I requested the same thing. Of course multiple people show up within a few mins of my arrival. The threader starts threading really fast (finished in 5 mins) and starts cutting so quickly that she's pulling hairs. Towards one point she can tell she cut too high and tries to adjust my eye brow hair with her finger. Once I get to my car I look closer and she destroyed my eyebrows you can see multiple long hairs sticking out, a a cricket cut on the top of both of my eyebrows. I am beyond disappointed, and I know this is because she was rushed. Would definitely not recommend. read more

Simply the best! I have been going here for 3 years now and they have completely transformed my eyebrows from the over plucking and waxing in the early 2000s! The lady who helped me (perhaps the owner?) was very sweet! It was my first eyebrow threading where I truly felt like I was listened to and all of my questions/comments/concerns regarding what I wanted done my eyebrows were met. It took many tries to redo the eyebrows before they were perfect. But she was dedicated to making sure I got exactly what I wanted. I'll definitely be returning. There are two eyebrow threading chairs available which is comparable to many other similar shops I've seen. Gloves and masks are work while eyebrow threading is done to stay COVID-safe. read more
