Despite being a random kiosk in the mall, the idea, process of eyebrow threading is pretty darn cool. I have always been a big eyebrow waxer until Katie T introduced me to this concept. I had no idea what to expect and came to realize threading my brows is wayyyyyy better, muuuuuchhh cheaper, and a quiiiiiiker process than anything i've experienced. -Extremely accurate in brow arches and getting all the unwanted brow hair gone! -$12 [for everything!] -a whopping 10 minutes. -Still feels about the same as waxing & plucking, but TOTALLY worth it! read more

I was curious about this place, when I saw their kiosk one day when shopping at Colorado Mills. They have since moved into a storefront, and raised their prices since previous reviews ($12 + tip for brows). The shop was clean, and the woman who served me was nice, efficient and shared some interesting brow trivia (people's brows tend to grow more on the left side.) The entire threading process took 10-15 minutes and I was very pleased with the results. There was definitely some pain (I'd give it a 6.5 out of 10,) but the results were precise and I would definitely recommend this shop to a friend. read more

This place is great! They now have a little salon in the mall, if you aren't up for an audience when you get your brow hairs pulled out one-by-one. I love that you can chose from 1980's icons, like Linda Evangelista to get the brows you want. As long as they don't graduate to the too-plucked stripper brow look of the 1990's, the 80's is just fine! It's only $12, plus tip- and it only takes 10 minutes. The results are way better than plucking or waxing and you won't be at risk of losing your skin, like waxing. The women are masters and you will be amazed at how much your eyebrows look like Linda Evangelista!! read more

It's a decent place for eyebrows. The staff isn't friendly but it's fine as long as the job done is right. But if they were more welcoming u would feel much better going there everytime. read more

I really liked the lady who shaped my eyebrows at Eyebrow Design 21. She listened to what I wanted my eyebrows to look like and she shaped them up nicely. There wasn't a wait so it only took her a few minutes. I prefer threadding to waxing because I feel like it's more clean and defined. It's frustrating beccause I could get my eyebrows threaded for $5 in Las Vegas, where I'm from. In Denver, I haven't found threadding cheaper than $12. I don't think it's work $12 but I like the look so I pay it. I also think they need a location closer to Denver instead of so far away in Lakewood. That's the reason for the 4 stars. read more

I found a place that does eyebrow threading...and doesn't charge an arm and a leg for it. This booth is located inside the Colorado Mills mall by Saks off 5th Ave. The prices are amazing. $10 for an eyebrow threading. She will do other services such as upper lip, side burns, chin etc. I am so happy! The last time I got my eyebrows threaded here..it cost me almost $30. Well worth the drive out to Lakewood. read more

Well after the initial excitement of a eyebrow thread I came in on a Saturday, ready to tame the beast that was my eyebrows. This was an unusually busy day, and when I say unusually, I mean I have never seen that many people at the mall when you add every time I've been to the mall together. I walk up now a little nervous that there's like 2 thousand people walking around the 10 mile mall and me sitting there for all to see. But what the heck, I like to live on the edge. There's a few people standing around waiting and a few people on a list - she tells me to put my name on the list, and darts off before I can say "How long is the wait". On the list...waiting...waiting, the Woolly Mammoth of a woman she is currently waxing is taking forever, and the other girl is talking on the phone instead of threading the woman in her chair. Two old ladies walk up and do not sign in on the list, I've been here for like 20 mins now. They finish the two ladies in their chairs and do you know who they take? That's right, not me whose been standing there waiting for 20 mins, they take the two women who came up. I realize I wasn't next on the list, but they didn't even call out "Mary" or "Sarah" or whatever those ladies names may be, they just grabbed them in some random order; probably order of who was closer to the chair. I'd feel a heck of a lot better if the called a name and I could exactly pinpoint that these ladies were on the list and I wasn't getting bumped off. I mean, can you honestly tell me both women knew exactly who was next in queue w/out looking at the list? I think not! Who walked away very bitter? This little lady. The 2 star only remains from the fact the 1st time they did a good job, otherwise I'd given one. read more

From reading the good reviews and I went there today for the first time to get my eyebrow clean. I have to tell myself myself that I MUST write the real what really happened there.. The service was horrible!!! , the lady who did my eyebrow was trying to get the work done as fast as possible, it's all done in 2 minutes!! And when I tried to tell her to fix, she refused to do!!! And said that she did what she was supposed to do. I will never go back there again. read more

I got my eyebrows threaded for the first time. Yes its a kiosk in Colorado Mills but other than that I totally recommend this place. I'm am extremely picking about my eyebrows!!! I went there after a friend with great brows recommended it. I had to wait about 5 min. It only cost $10. And a week later I'm still looking at my brows wondering why I haven't tried threading a long time ago. Ill definitely never wax again! Threading = no skin sagging:) read more

Do not waste your money on this place! I went in yesterday, and the worker spent about a minute on each eye. May I also add that half of my eyebrow is gone. She looked right at me and didn't say anything. Find a different place were the workers actually pay attention to their work. read more

Absolutely HORRIBLE. DO NOT have Binder do your eyebrows. She ruined mine today, completely altered the shape and then took a pair of scissors to it. I am SO upset. Clearly Binder was NOT a professional eyebrow threader. She kept apologizing for her screw up. I have been calling the corporate office trying to complain and they refuse to pick up. I would give them minus 5 stars if I could. I will be complaining to the Better Business Bureau. read more

I went to Eyebrow Design 21 at Flatiron Crossing and it was great. The girl (I didnt have time to get her name because she worked so fast) really sculpted these babies in record speed! I almost needed some alone time with my brows afterwards. What a great talent to have! read more

I went here yesterday for the second time. I went in once several months ago because my schedule was pretty busy, and I was unable to get an appointment at my usual place. The first time, my experience was not that bad. Yesterday, I just asked the lady to clean up around my eyebrows. She was a different lady than the first time. She ket yelling at me to hold tighter (I have carpal tunnel, so I don't always have the best grip). I tried my hardest, but she continued to yell at me. She broke the thread multiple times, and continued yelling. Never, at any point, did this lady stop, and say she couldn't do this correctly. Nor did she say that this was not going to turn out as expected. When I left, I had visible busted blood vessels that I could see. My left eye is still painful this morning, one day later. It is also bruised. I just wanted to have the stray hairs removed from my eyebrow, not look like I had been in a domestic dispute. The lady should have just said she was not able to do it, rather than continue yelling and damage my eyelid. read more

I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for years. I was at CO mills and decided to stop here. The lady was terrible. First of all I told her I only wanted my eyebrows done. She then said I needed my whole face done. I don't have hair on my face! Then only reason she suggested that was so she could charge me more. I had to tell her TWICE that I did not want that. Then she somehow pinched my eyelid and made it bleed - A LOT. I know sometimes it can pinch but I've never bled because of it. My eyelid is now bruised and scabbed over and it's impossible to wear eye makeup now. I would never recommend this place to anyone - even my worst enemy. read more
