We called multiple stores to get an evaluation on fixing an old model iPad screen that was just…read moreshattered and the iPad was completely filling functions. We were clearly stated multiple times it would cost no less than $140. So just from the start, we knew the price did not seem right when we came to the end of the payment. We were also charged an another $30 or $40 on top of $155 for a protector screen (which we never asked for) that is normally $8 or Amazon. Airj was still able to fix the iPad Air gen 1 which we are thankful for, but I think there was a misunderstanding and clarification on the prices. Which could've been better. In conclusion, this is not a place we will recommend others to go here. This review will be shared out through all socials because it is very important that the customers understands what they are charged for and also not overcharged.
