The edge of my big toe isn't even filed. In hindsight, even though I was in a hurry, I should have addressed this while there. I moved on to my SNS after my pedicure. The male nails tech asked if I wanted a design or the French chrome with extensions his previous customer requested. I declined. He skipped the base dip, which provides extra strength and foundation to the SNS color layers. He also filed into my skin and instead of apologizing mumbled something under my breath about my nails being so short. I also spent the afternoon peeling dried residue off every single nail. Even though it was a bit painful and careless, I was happy enough with the appearance and to just be done. Today, however, I picked up an empty laundry basket and now have a fine break all the way across the end of a nail. And of course, Bliss is closed due to the holiday and I fly out for work early tomorrow morning...so no fix for me. I am not a complainer typically, but this was a really bad experience for the money I paid. I will be sure to go back to iFix Nails and regret I opted to try Bliss for a 2nd time after being dissatisfied the first time I visited over a year ago. I didnt feel valued at Bliss, perhaps because I declined the sales pitch for something more than just basic color. Or maybe they just dont care about providing good service. The man doing her nails was apparently pretty rough, because she now has a spot that was apparently cut on her thumb just below the cuticle. It is red and swollen, and that is not ok.
