I took it to iSolution Pros where Matt gave me a time to come and pick it up. When I went back to pick it up, the screen was replaced and wonderful but still not responding to my touch. However, Matt was dedicated to finding the cause of this problem, and after much tinkering, he figured it out and fixed the issue.
