SO I arrive at this location after buying their screen repair service on Groupon . Once there i'm met by two other couples waiting for the operators/owners/workers to come back from the POSTED SIGN stating we will be back in 10-15 mins for I guess lunch. fast forward and now there are about 6 people waiting for service . I went to this repair store because of the reviews, and they fixed my iPhone 6S for about $180. Now, almost 2 months later, my screen on my phone went out. I called and asked them what they can do about this, and they cannot do anything for me because it is after the measly 30 day warranty expired. I went to another location of theres and they can't do anything for me either. They said the only thing they can do is repair the screen for an additional $180. I'm not paying any more money for another defective product. If they had a longer warranty as other places do, maybe this could be resolved more affordably. *Update: Spoke to the manager, Kyle, and he did go above and beyond by calling other stores to see if they would only charge for the part, (still more than I should have to pay, warranty or not) and they wouldn't. I later spoke to both Verizon and Apple, and there is nothing they can do either within the next few days. It will be almost a week before I can get anyone to look at my phone, or that I can bring it into the store. It's absolutely ridiculous that this is happening, and that I am going to have to pay so much more just to justify this repair. read more

The techs that helped me were Tristin and Lamont, they were jovial and very experienced in phone repair. While I waited I was able to walk the mall and enjoy a coffee from the Nordstrom coffee shop. I recently had my iPhone 12 max plus screen repaired there. They do not use Apple authorized products and now I have an error message on my phone that says "Unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine Apple display". From the online search I found out that this will never go away unless I change out the screen to an Apple authorized product. Everyone needs to be aware that this company is using unauthorized products. Now I'm out to 250 bucks for a screen that is defective. read more

Eli was so helpful and repaired my broken iPhone 7. (Not sure of the technical terms) but the screen was cracked from behind the glass? He diagnosed the problem, tested it out before he charged me and asked if I wanted to proceed. This process took 25 minutes tops. He was professional, easy to speak with, and extremely friendly. The service I received was courteous and my phone works nicely!! For my certain issue, I paid $100 to get this fixed. (Considering my phone was not working hours ago and getting this repaired in 25 minutes). I personally did not mind paying what I did and it's been 2 months since and there are no further issues. Very nice and helpful! I called and told her my situation with my iPhone's charging port. The man on the phone indicated that it's likely just dirt/lint, but still advised to bring it in for them to take a look. He gave precise directions, and when I showed up, he stopped what he was doing to do some cleanup on my device. Within seconds, my charging port was back in order, and they didn't charge me a penny. We have visited this store numerous times lately due to a run on damaged iPhones. The staff has been knowledgeable and perform just as they have communicated. The prices have been reasonable compared to other shops that I have visited. The store is in the mall, so the hours of operation will coincide with the mall. The only inconvenience I could see at this time is having to walk into the mall and being tempted to buy something else. The store is franchise backed up by a larger support company, or something like that, in Florida that is able to perform greater diagnostics and repairs not suitable for the store front. This allows a greater set of resources to be used, and helps keep the smaller repairs to be made in store. I have recommended to a couple friends just lately, and until something changes will continue to recommend this store for glass repairs, water damages, battery replacements, and other possible issues. read more

The technicians are always super knowledgable, and they worked with me on pricing when I broke the glass 4 days after replacing ha-ha. They basically begged me to get a life proof case last time I went in so I finally broke down and bought one. Fancy that I haven't cracked my phone in months. No. No. No and no. First, any 3rd party products that aren't from the manufacturer are low quality no matter what any store tells you. So that part isn't completely their fault, but their customer service? Absolutely atrocious. There are two younger guys that work there and they're very nice, helpful and easy to talk to, but if you speak to anyone else besides them, it's painful. They act as if they hate their jobs and you're bothering them. I recently needed the lock button replaced on my iPhone after they broke it from repairing my screen. They said they would replace it for me for free since they broke it, so I thought that was only appropriate. I was just about to move from Fort Worth to Dallas for a job and couldn't make the drive every day anymore. They said to call and check if they have the lock button in before I go. Logical. So I called. They "SHOULD" have it. I make the drive in 5:00 traffic. They don't have it. I call again another week. Same response. I drive in 5:00 traffic again. Nope. Still haven't received any. This occurred 4 times until I gave up! On top of that, their poor-quality LCD screens stopped working and blacked out on me on two different replacement screens, both times and make you pay for the new ones again even though it's their product malfunctioning. They just don't act like they care about wanting your business or what you think of them. At the end of all this, I gave up and got a new phone to quit contributing time and money to this company. This place is ok for a temporary fix but beware the fix does not last for long. I fixed my 4s screen, took him three trials to fix it, did not have the color I wanted and then the screen stopped working in 40 days. They did not take responsibility for it as it was over a month. One star is one star too many for this place. They changed the screen on my iPhone 5s four times and never got it right. There was one problem after another with these people and their parts. From a discolored screen to screens that wouldn't recognize selections or make unwanted selections to stripped out screws on my two month old phone. Every time I made a complaint or pointed out an issue, they acted like I had made the mistake or done something wrong for mentioning it. I ended up throwing my hands in the air and paid another place to fix what they couldn't. I just didn't trust them to open my phone up another time. These guys are great. The charging port went out on my laptop, so I gave them a call to see if they could fix it. They said they could and quoted me a price if they could repair the part itself and another price if they needed to order a new part. I had my battery replaced today.The process was fast and professional and took about 45 min. Once I got home I noticed the battery was not taking a charge and my phone was acting weird.
