I brought it back in and it took them 5 days to tell me what was wrong, the mother board they said. The guy was very rude, talking over me while I was trying to tell him I was not going to pay another 150.00 for repairs on a phone I just spent 150.00 repairing. They don't respect other people property either. I had showed him the charger I was using, while he was evalutating my phone.He took it over the counter, when I left, I realized I had left it behind.when I came back the second time to see if my phone was evaluated, he was using my charger on HIS computer, obviously without my knowledge, so disrespectful if you ask me. There is only one guy, running back and forth, repairing, answering phones, and working the counter...a recipe for disaster. Had my broken screen replaced. Quick friendly service. However, the company uses third party parts and not authorized Apple parts. Not a problem but now I have the #1 with Red Dot located above my Settings Tab. In other words it now looks like there's an update waiting to be loaded. But in fact it's not. The message reads " Display Not Recognized". Unfortunately that message and icon and will not go away. The Dr states they can't do anything about that. So far the phone is working fine. But if you want your phone to be returned without unwanted notices then seek out someone who uses authorized parts Apple Parts and service. If you don't care then this is the place for you. My cell phone was so out of date, no one carried replacement screens. Luckily I had a similar old phone that I was no longer using. I asked how much for them to move the good screen over to my current phone. They quoted me $40, which was very reasonable. When I picked up my phone, the owner only charged me $20. I first called to get a rough estimate on my repair. The price was MORE than fair at around $50. I went in and got the back glass repaired on my LG G6. They are so fast, it took me longer to pay than it did for them to fix it. Maybe they are magicians back there. They also have amazing cases for all phone types all along the walls. They don't fix the phones, take your money, and tell you that you'll have to pay more for what ever they didn't fix. My daughter took her phone because it was overheating and the screen was black. She was told that there would be a $30 diagnostic fee that would be app to any work if any had to be done. They made the $30 extra and I believe just told her that it may have water damage and made her phone look like it was fixed and 2 days later it was not working. The $30 diagnostic fee is a scam b/c they don't even do a real diagnosis. they repair the basics of what you originally asked them to do. I cracked my iPhone 5c and they fixed it for $100 plus tax. The reason for the great review is, they give a lifetime warranty on the screen, as long as you don't drop and crack it. You can't beat that. I've replaced screens in the past and they totally wigged out on me after 2-3 months. While your waiting for your phone there is a Whole Foods right next door that serves coffee and wine by the glass. But, it only took 20 minutes. I am so very happy with the service I received here by Jenna. I recently had the screen and battery replaced on my IPhone 6. When I cracked my screen and took it in on a Saturday, she replaced the screen within 30 minutes. When I had to return to get my battery replaced, she did it within about 10 minutes! After 2 hours, they said it would take another 2 hours, finally I got my phone back and they switched out my battery with a piece of garbage! I had no issues with my battery, only a cracked screen.
