It shouldn't even cost this much either because if you buy it from third party retailers or on Amazon, that price I paid is how much an iPhone 13 would cost on Amazon. He showed us 3 options, iPhone XR, iPhone 12 mini, and what he called, the "iPhone 12". My phone has been experiencing network issues ever since I bought it on September 2025. The guy who gave me the phone gave me the one that he was showing us, not even a brand new one in stock, the one he uses to show other people which just makes me question if that's right or wrong. On this phone specifically from them, it has bad connection I can't even text anybody when im not at home depending on my cellular data. On my old phone (Samsung Galaxy A12) it has spot on connection and works great when im not at home and it's LTE network type, the same as my iPhone, it's not 5G. Experiencing overheating issues as im turning on my phone or just simply being on the YouTube app. I feel like it's fake because of how easy it broke even when it had a case on it. Maybe Im wrong though and thats just because of the old screen and old back glass but if im right, possibilities are that it's fake because I've seen people do worse with their iPhone X, an older iPhone. I went to fix it for about $110 and after they fixed it, that's when I started experiencing overheating issues which makes me think the guy who fixed it wss the one who sent back the phone to me with another issue so they could keep fixing it and earn more money from me because they always fix it well. Makes me think my phone was sent back to me with the heating issues. It makes me really disappointed that im just one iPhone model away from having wireless charging and all those other futuristic features people have now with their newer iPhone models. Overall, I believe that they are the reason my phone has all these issues, they are dishonest, and greedy. Therefore, I do not recommend this place.

Right where the old First Community Credit Union was/next to customer service. The owner chatted with me for a bit and offered me a bottled water. He was friendly. The cost is is pretty reasonable. I'd definitely come back to this convenient location in the future if someone else in my household breaks their damn screen again.

Believe he is the tech and owner. Seems like a bright guy and I love to support small businesses. Initial thought was a corrupt windows issue. $40 diagnostic. Issue was more complex. Ended up replacing the motherboard, cpu, fan, and upgrading the ssd. Total new money $730 of which I think $180. Not sure if it is a fair/good/great deal? Updated what was allowed today but system is requiring me to activate windows for which I was not given a key. Awaiting response via online chat as computer is not functional as is. Holding off on final review. *Received windows key quickly. All appears to be running. If this transaction concludes well I do have other projects to get down and love referring friends and family.

Went in to get a quote, i was told the technician wasn't there but i could leave my apple watch with them to give to him that day and he will get back to me by the end of the day with a quote. 3 days later i still didn't get an answer. I called and no one answered, instead i rec'd a text back telling me they're still "working on it". I brought my watch in for hardware issues (the front face popped off, which was indicated on my form they asked me to fill out). I didn't get an update or quote on the watch until the 4th day. I was told there was a "motherboard issue" and it would cost $159 + tax to fix my 5 series apple watch!!! I told them I didn't want to move forward. Then when I looked at how long it would take for me to get a new one, I thought about forking over the money to fix it. Finally, I decided not to and would go pick it up. **HERE'S WHERE IT GOES LEFT.** I walk in while on a business call and tell the lady behind the counter (a postal worker because this business is located inside a postal store) and tell her, "I'm here to pick up my apple watch". She says, "I will help you when you're off the phone and you walk over here" and she walked over to another part of the counter. I went to the part of the counter i was helped when I dropped the watch off, but ok. Mind you, no one was in the store but me and her. Then she asked me my name, i told her it could be either my first or middle name (i didn't remember what I wrote) but they're both my names. She calls the tech, then I text the tech (mind you i told him I was coming in to pick it up). She said she knew nothing about it and needed to confirm with him, fine. Then she keeps asking him my name but my name is on the form. I repeat MY FULL NAME while the paper is in her hand and she's hiding it. She then asks me for ID. By this time, she and I spoke to the tech and he confirmed it was me. I gave her my ENTIRE NAME and She still demanded ID to give me back my VERY BROKEN watch. I showed her my name on my money app, she REFUSED TO LOOK AT IT. I get my id from the car, I show her my ID she tries to grab it (ABSOLULTY NOT). I lay it on the counter, still in my fingers THEN SHE TRIES TO TAKE A PICTURE OF MY ID WITH HER PERSONAL CELL PHONE. "ABSOLUTELY NOT" i said. "YOU WILL NOT TAKE A PICTURE OF MY ID!! He just told you it was my watch and I just told you my entire name, I showed you my name on my money app, you refused to look at it". Then i showed her my id again and pointed it out "LOOK MY WHOLE NAME IS ON MY ID WHICH MATCHES THE FORM, that's enough. She ignored me and still didn't look. I then had to pay a $25 + TAX FOR A DIAGNOSTIC FEE via a money app???. Again, I had a HARDWARE problem and i was billed for a software diagnostic. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. The postal people are rude and the tech will not be there or answer your calls. I told the tech I would be leaving a review because of that lady's behavior and he asked what happened. I tried to call him to update him and he didn't pick up my call. I blocked him and WILL NEVER BE BACK AT THIS LOCATION FOR ANY BUSINESS WHATSOEVER.
