When my one-year old phone crashed, I took it to 3 places to see about getting it repaired. I am by no means a computer or phone expert, but at the first place the person I spoke with someone who made no sense of what was wrong. I did not feel comfortable leaving it there. The second place the person I spoke with stated matter of factly, this is what is wrong and this is what it will take to fix it. Not happy here either. I then went to Cell + ER on FM 1463 in Katy, the gentleman there was very professional, and seemed very knowledgeable about my issue and I was convinced that it would totally be worth it to fix this high end phone rather than spend the extra cash on a new one. I picked up my phone today. Chris was in the shop. I am older and not really phone saavy, but I did have several questions and he was happy to take the time to answer any and all questions I had. He was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I believe I got a fair and honest deal and I am happy I chose this place to fix my phone. These guys are terrific and my phone is working beautifully. Went into location 10 minutes before they closed on a Saturday night. My phone was smashed and was unusable. Instead of turning me away as so they could close their store, they were very empathetic to my situation and did everything they could do to help. When he realized it was the mother board and could not get it fixed at the store that night, he provided me with a loaner phone to use until mine was able to get fixed. I dropped my phone a couple times and my screen was broken. I went in there and they said it would cost $149. I said I only have $70 on me and he reduced the price to $100. then when I went into pay the total was $109 because of tax but he allowed me to pay $99.99. they said it would take 15 to 30 minutes and they kept their promise.
