When they replace the back plate, they messed the flashlight of the phone, so for second time I left my phone in the store to fix the issue they create. First red flag, the edge of the phone on the back part was with scratches and marks all over I imagine when they they replace the back the first time, the manager or person in charge of the store told me that he will fix that this time. So they proceed and open the phone and did the repair for the flashlight. After a couple of they the phone was "ready" and apparently everything was working properly until I try to pay with apple pay or use the wallet ( the sensor for that wasn't working), then went to a concert try to use the phone as a ticket no working, went to the store for the third time, he told no worries sorry for that and bla bla bla. They "fixed" and when they gave the phone back the sensor was not working. Fourth time to the store to fixed that but this time was worse. The person that was working in there was fired and they told they will take care of the problem. Today when I try to pick my phone after being in the store for 5 days. He told me the technician told him that was a problem with the mother board and if I want to fixed will be $150 for a issue they create. Basically I spent $160 to replace the back Cristal of my phone and I need with a phone with scratched, a messed up mother board and scratches all over the edge. STAY AWAY OF THIS SCAMMERS

I want to thank Ali for his willingness to go above and beyond just fixing my phone. I can't say enough about this business to even come close to getting my point across. Ali didn't just fix my iPhone 8plus with a broken front screen and back missing glass. Camera glass was also broken and internally it was missing screw and parts from the previous illiterate bunch that worked on it before. I pretty rough in phones but now I understand that the "low cost geeks" that worked on it before charged way to much and used inferior parts. Not Ali. And he had all the parts there ready to go. All the parts Ali used were actual Apple parts. This place is the best hands down and I will NEVER go anywhere else. Also I'm sure this isn't always the case but he fixed my front glass in a little 15 minutes. Low cost geeks "always" took at least and hour and did more damage than good. Ali thank you for being a great human being and. Btw everybody. Ali put used parts on my phone just so I could go home and back my phone up. My iPhone 6 suddenly died , it won't charge nor turn on. I took it to a cellphone repair place close to home , and the repair guy told me that he could not figure out the problem so I took it to apple store, they said the processor is not responding and you would need to pay 300 for a new phone. Then I checked XG cell phone repair reviews on yelp so decided to give it a try since all I care about is to save my data. So the person in charge at XG , took my phone and was able to troubleshoot the problem and knew what parts could possibly cause the phone to turn off and not charge. He saved my data, and was very professional in a timely matter. He saved me money since I did not have to go buy a new phone and the repair price is very reasonable. I would not go to any cellphone repair other then XG cell phone repair. read more

I needed some micro soldering on a couple small delicate electronic motors. I called several places to check whether they couldn't help me and was told NO over and over. One place refereed me to XG Repair. I called and spoke with Sam, explaining what I needed. Sam said to bring them in so he could check them out. I did and after he looked at them he said to give him 5 minutes to make the repairs. He was back in 4-5 minutes....all fixed. His charge was very reasonable and a third of what one of there competitors quoted for the same repair. No question....you will be treated fairly and honestly. First of all I was absolutely distraught that I cracked my screen. This was my first time ever cracking a screen on any phone that I have had. Thanks Thank God for this place I called the guy and asked if I could come get my screen fixed TODAY? His reply was, ' Yes' I was excited!! I had a great experience with XG repair. After cracking the screen on my IPad Pro, he was not only able to fix it but he gave me a very good price. The new iPads are more costly to repair and he worked me out a really reasonable price. It has never looked or worked better. So glad I found them. I have a feeling I will be using him again. I was asked to leave it as they need additional time for repairs. Upon returning the next day, to pick up my phone the screen along with screen protector was broken. I mentioned to check the battery since it's overheating and his response was " after so many updates the battery swells" My IPhone didn't have this issue when I originally dropped it off but after the "so-called" repair to my speaker issue along with breaking my screen, additional issues arise. I don't recommend this established because my speaker still isn't fixed, and was charged additional for "screen" repairs that the tech caused along with damages to the batteries.
