I was hesitant to drop off my PS5 for a $30 diagnostic fee. Was told it was a motherboard issue and would take a few days to fix. I was quoted a price. Later they claimed they were unable to fix. Dont waste time send to Sony for out of warranty repair. Additionally when I picked up and checked my PS5 they had stolen the SSD drive. read more

***OVERPRICED, HORRIBLE STAFF, IDENTITY THEFT ATTEMPT*** Postal lady tried to take pictures of my ID on her personal phone!!! Went in to get a quote, i was told the technician wasn't there but i could leave my apple watch with them to give to him that day and he will get back to me by the end of the day with a quote. 3 days later i still didn't get an answer. I called and no one answered, instead i rec'd a text back telling me they're still "working on it". I brought my watch in for hardware issues (the front face popped off, which was indicated on my form they asked me to fill out). I didn't get an update or quote on the watch until the 4th day. I was told there was a "motherboard issue" and it would cost $159 + tax to fix my 5 series apple watch!!! I told them I didn't want to move forward. Then when I looked at how long it would take for me to get a new one, I thought about forking over the money to fix it. Finally, I decided not to and would go pick it up. **HERE'S WHERE IT GOES LEFT.** I walk in while on a business call and tell the lady behind the counter (a postal worker because this business is located inside a postal store) and tell her, "I'm here to pick up my apple watch". She says, "I will help you when you're off the phone and you walk over here" and she walked over to another part of the counter. I went to the part of the counter i was helped when I dropped the watch off, but ok. Mind you, no one was in the store but me and her. Then she asked me my name, i told her it could be either my first or middle name (i didn't remember what I wrote) but they're both my names. She calls the tech, then I text the tech (mind you i told him I was coming in to pick it up). She said she knew nothing about it and needed to confirm with him, fine. Then she keeps asking him my name but my name is on the form. I repeat MY FULL NAME while the paper is in her hand and she's hiding it. She then asks me for ID. By this time, she and I spoke to the tech and he confirmed it was me. I gave her my ENTIRE NAME and She still demanded ID to give me back my VERY BROKEN watch. I showed her my name on my money app, she REFUSED TO LOOK AT IT. I get my id from the car, I show her my ID she tries to grab it (ABSOLULTY NOT). I lay it on the counter, still in my fingers THEN SHE TRIES TO TAKE A PICTURE OF MY ID WITH HER PERSONAL CELL PHONE. "ABSOLUTELY NOT" i said. "YOU WILL NOT TAKE A PICTURE OF MY ID!! He just told you it was my watch and I just told you my entire name, I showed you my name on my money app, you refused to look at it". Then i showed her my id again and pointed it out "LOOK MY WHOLE NAME IS ON MY ID WHICH MATCHES THE FORM, that's enough. She ignored me and still didn't look. I then had to pay a $25 + TAX FOR A DIAGNOSTIC FEE via a money app???. Again, I had a HARDWARE problem and i was billed for a software diagnostic. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. The postal people are rude and the tech will not be there or answer your calls. I told the tech I would be leaving a review because of that lady's behavior and he asked what happened. I tried to call him to update him and he didn't pick up my call. I blocked him and WILL NEVER BE BACK AT THIS LOCATION FOR ANY BUSINESS WHATSOEVER. read more

Dropped off my phone to the ladies that work at postal xpress. Asked her how long would it take to fix (phone wasnt charging or turning on) she said she didnt know anything and i would have to call a number to talk to the tech since he wasnt there. While i was filling out the paperwork the lady was talking pictures of my phone on her phone. Paperwork done left the phone with the lady. Got in the car to go do other errands, call the tech as i was driving away to ask how long it would take. He said it would take about 3 days so i told him can i pick up my phone n not get charged since i barely just dropped it off. I come back pick up the phone and noticed a big strach going accross the screen. told the lady this wasnt there when i dropped it off. Asked her if she could show me the pictures she took when i dropped it off and she said i had to talk with the tech. talked to the tech he said he cant show me the pictures bc its company policy and that theres nothing they can do. He even said that i was lucky enough not to get charged a diagnose fee. Even tho they said they didnt touch it and the phone was only there for an hr max. Asked for/who is the owner and they said they dont know or is not allowed to say overall a shity experience and there practice is very questionable. read more

Went to this store located inside an Indo- Pak grocery store to get my 4 th gen iPad cracked screen replaced. Aamir was professional, knowledgeable and fixed it as promised within a few hours. Addressed my concerns about the security of my info on the IPad.The price was fair too. All in all a very positive experience!! read more

Great price and even better customer service. After speaking with Aamir, he realized how busy my schedule was to bring in my wife's broken iPhone and was kind enough to meet up my wife at her job and fix her phone onsite. It wasn't too far from his location though. I didn't even have to ask, he was that kind and understanding. Nice to have such service with a great price all in one place. Instead of sending it in to scuf and paying approx $100-150 after them having the controller for over 6-8 weeks, I was more than happy that Robert was able to fix the stick drift for more than half that price and same day. He replaced my joysticks with TMR joysticks which will be incredibly less prone to get stick drift and even it does, I can recalibrate the joystick magnets to fix the stick drift myself. I should've realized this place wasn't legitimate since it was on the side of a gas station once I arrived. I looked past this and went inside to find out that I had to put a $25 non refundable deposit down regardless of whether they could fix it or not. This should've been my second clue. Since I had already driven 30 mins from my home I decided to go ahead and give it a try. They told me it should be fixed in two days. Two days rolled around and I tried calling six times with no answer. I tried calling again the next day in which I finally got a reply. She told me that someone was supposed to call me on Saturday and guess that they never did (shifting the blame to someone else). I had to ask about the state of my PS3 and she finally told me that it was un repairable. DO NOT use this business to fix any of your electronics. I wouldn't put it past this business to take your product and your $25 and give you another PS3 that is broken when you get your electronic back. VERY SKETCHY PLACE!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

The service I received was top notch!! Aamir was friendly and well versed with screen repair and all forms of electronic repair. I emailed him in the middle of the night asking if he could come repair my iPhone (on a SUNDAY!) I received a quick response and he told me that he could come by my house. We agreed to a noon appointment (on a SUNDAY!!) and he was 5 mins early lol. We talked as he worked. I picked his brain on his knowledge of iPhone,iPad, and iPod repair (seeing as I have one of each of those broken and just laying around). Instead of taking my money to repair a first generation iPod Touch (I don't know why I still have it) then telling me that there's no hope for it (like the last place did) he patiently explained that because of water damage, the amount that it would cost was not worth the price of a new iPod Touch. Honesty in today's time is few and far between! The repair was quick and he explained what he was doing and why (multi tasking!) After the repair, he then checked my speaker, home button, mic, front and rear cameras and everything in between! The phone looks and responds like brand new.
