Went in there, not expecting very much. I asked about repairing an iPhone battery, and my charging port was not working and the guy took it in back and looked at it and cleaned it. Came back out no charge and said my battery was fine and clean the port for nothing. Other stores had quoted me $25 to clean the charging port. This review is for the Garner location. I will never do business with this company again and I will not recommend it. I have documented my experience below. I called on Sunday 4/14 at 2:30 pm to inquire about getting my phone repaired. I was told I could drop off the phone and pick it up Monday 4/15 for a 24 hour repair. The store associate confirmed he had the phone part so I dropped of my phone that afternoon at 3:30pm. Monday at 5:30 I stopped by to pick up my phone and the store associate said they were waiting on a part, and it wasn't ready but would be ready Tuesday early afternoon. I called Tuesday (before driving out there) at 11:00 am and was told the shipment still hadn't arrived but it would in the next hour and my phone would be ready to pick up that evening before close. I drove by that evening around 6:30 pm and I was told "im sorry ma'am but your phone isn't ready" - they had not started. The store associate said it would now be ready "Wednesday morning when we open". I asked for a specific time, and I was told 10 or 10:30. Wednesday morning 4/17 I called at 10:30am and asked for the status. I was told "in the next 30 to 1 hour". At 11:30 I drove to pick up my phone and the associate said "im sorry ma'am but your phone isn't ready. It will be another hour." At this point, I asked for my phone back and I told the man I would take it somewhere else. He said he couldn't do that because he already started the repair. I said, I don't care - give me the pieces and ill take it somewhere else. He said no. I told him I refused to pay, and he said then "you won't get your phone then". At this point I decided to wait in the store until he finished. I waited for about 50 minutes until my phone was done. I was offered no accommodation or discount. I will never ever do business with you again and I will never recommend it to anyone else. On a positive note the phone seems to be repaired fine and the price was reasonable. read more

Very unprofessional doesn't honor the warranty or receipts. Would strongly recommend against using these guys ,they are bad buisnessmen. They would have more bad reviews but they bribe consumers with discounts for good reviews don't fall for it read more

This review is for the Cary store - which is a real S*** Show. Too bad there aren't zero stars. I received a text quote for the cost to repair my phone screen and the text included the hours the store is open. Saturdays the store opens at 10AM. I arrived at 11:30AM -driving from Wake Forest. The store is locked and dark. I call the Garner store and was told they would open a 1:00PM. I waste 90 minutes and come back at 1:00PM - still nobody around. After wasting 2+ hours waiting for these clowns, I left. Avoid this business - they're clearly amateurs that have no respect for customer's time. read more

I dropped and cracked my iPhone 10. I called the Apple store, Best Buy, bulbs and batteries and the cheapest I could find was $249! I found this ad ( see business card below) in my small neighborhood website. I called at seven, I drove there by 8 o'clock and at 8:20 I walked out with a perfect phone. My name is Jeff and I have been in retail management for the better part of 25 years. I broke my cellphone screen on my iPhone 11 and I shopped around on market place for someone to come over and fix it. Nobody answered in like an 2 hrs so I called to Carolina Cell Phone Repairs in Garner. I spoke with Carlos and he was super friendly and courteous and told me he could have it done in 30 mins. I came back in 30 min and sure enough it was done. It looked looked phenomenal! In addition, per my request, he recommended a strong case and even put a screen saver on it! This is the best place i've ever gone to get my phone repaired. Very reasonable prices and it also has convenient places around it to eat! Everyone at the shop is nice and layed back. What's great about this place is that you can go in and get down to business and leave. Or you can get there chat, chill, look around, watch Netflix even, on a really comfortable futon; It's the best of both worlds. They also sell authentic orignal phone chargers and earbuds for alot lower prices then The regular stores. I highly Recommend this place to be your first choice when needing to get your phone repaired. They do a great job on my phone and being as clumsy as I am.
