Jennifer in the print shop helped me out in a pinch with a last minute, late night, one-page print job. TIP: Please don't wait until the last minute, or expect that this can always happen. But Jennifer was great, and saved the day for me. I do like having an Office Max in the neighborhood. The store is always tidy and bright. The staff accommodating when approached. Rating: (10/5 Stars) After calling over a dozen computer…read morerepair shops in Raleigh, I was repeatedly told they either didn't solder motherboards or couldn't even look at my issue for at least three weeks and If they would even try and fix it, it would take another two weeks beyond that. Frustrated and out of options, I was on my way to a shop to ship my computer off for two months--already resigned to buying a temporary PC in the meantime. Then, I decided to stop by Undead electronics on the way, and everything changed. Not only could they fix my motherboard, but they evaluated it immediately and told me on the spot whether it was repairable. They even had it ready the same day! I wish I had found this place sooner. The customer service while busy was quick and very friendly. The fact that this was the only place in Raleigh that I could find to solder my battery pin back to the motherboard was surprising, but I am incredibly thankful for their expertise and efficiency. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of fast, high-quality computer repairs.
