I purchased an iPhone Xs Max and had it replaced FOUR TIMES all within 3 days. They were happy to exchange it each time but every single one had problems with the screen which tells me that they BOTCH just about every single screen repair they do. The other possibility is they don't use Apple certified parts which would really explain the consistency of the touch screens not working properly. FOR EXAMPLE: 1st phone - battery lasted MAYBE 3 hours of use. 2nd phone - touch screen wouldnt respond half the time or think I am pressing somewhere else on the screen. 3rd phone - Proximity sensor didnt work so I was hanging up on clients and dialing numbers with my face which again, is likely bad screen replacement. 4th and current phone - 3D touch works maybe 30% of the time, screen will zoom in when trying to scroll on browser (likely bad screen replacement). This one is so bad it locked me out of my phone for a long time because while entering my lock pin number it thinks I'm pressing the 1 instead of the 9 etc.. They DO NOT accept returns at all, only exchanges. So at this point I am just going to have to throw this thing away and buy a brand new one on Amazon or something. HORRIBLE!!!! Took my iphone 5 for simple glass repair. They told us they use the same parts as Apple........they do not! They use cheap knock-off parts from China. They ended up ruining the phone. To get us out of there, they told us, just go to Apple, they will replace the phone with no problems. We go to Apple, in literally 2 seconds they tell us that Apple parts were replaced with low quality knock-offs..............sorry, your warranty is now void!!!! Fortunately Triangle Cellular Repair saved the day, and saved us about $600.........slightly more expensive, fast, and they use OEM Apple parts on their repairs!!! They saying "you get what you pay for really applies here" Cheap cost = cheap parts that will void your manufacturer warranty".......and on top of it they botched the job. Lmao just brought my phone here 2 days ago for a screen repair, upper microphone fix and a case. The screen glitches when trying to unlock the phone, instead of replacing the microphone they wired the lower microphone to the upper one. My experience was positive and negative. Mostly negative. My SIM card got stuck in the SIM card slot without the tray. I also lost the tray in the process. So I was needing to get my phone opened and to get the SIM card out the slot. As well as a new SIM card tray for my phone. My cousin called and she was informed the phone would need to be there to determine what she was talking about. Which was a very simple service I could've done it if I had a the pentalobe screwdriver set. I called myself and further explained. I was informed $20-40 to remove the SIM card and $10 to replace the SIM card tray. So I paid someone to take me to triangle only for them to get the sim out and charge me $21.95 and just paid someone $20.00 to bring me up there and they didn't even have the sim tray after we confirmed on the phone they do. So I wasted 2hrs of my time going, waiting for my phone and going home. But also $40 for something I could've done at home for $15.00. The screw driver set is $8-9 on eBay and the tray is $3-6. FYI: I still had to order the sim tray online so I'm not going get that till today for $15.00 same day shipping. I'm only irritated because it was a very simple service, if you didn't have the sim tray at the location, they should've told me that over the phone and before even working on my phone. I would've been perfectly fine with my SIM card still inside my phone knowing that you don't have the tray for my SIM card to work on my mobile network. read more

I recently shattered my Iphone 7 and went in today to have it fixed before i leave for a road trip tomorrow. The employees here were very professional and respectful. Though I paid a little more than I had hoped ($107) I was happy with how fast they fixed the problem, in about an hour. There are a few minor bumps; the screen seems to be a little darker than before, and on occasion freezes for a second or two. However I'm hoping these glitches will get better with time. Really poor quality business. My wife took her phone in for a replacement screen, which they didn't have... instead of possibly losing the sale they told her they'd put a wrong screen on for the moment, and replace it with the correct color later. So for over a week my wife had a makeshift replacement, with a wrong color button-- not the end of the world, but it was annoying to her. Then when she went in for the right screen, they replaced it with a broken one. There was a crack in the bezel. So: they made her wait for a replacement part, that was used? Luckily she spotted it as soon as she went out of the store. She went in for them to fix it, and this time they had another one (imagine that) and it was replaced. Everything seemed fine for a couple of months, and now the screen works inconsistently. The keyboard becomes unresponsive and if the phone gets hot then the touch screen doesn't work 100%. We went to Pro Wireless to get a screen replacement. We were the first customer in the shop and was advised that it would take 1 hour. We went back and was told they needed more time, RED FLAG! When we finally got our phone back the finger print home button didn't work. They took the phone back and replaced the button with a aftermarket home button. So then I couldn't use my lock out feature and would have to manually input my pass codes. I use my phone for everything and had multiple apps, and accounts so this would be a problem. I was informed by the manager that they could give me a discount of 20 dollars. To make a long story short I only wanted a screen replacement and ended up having to go buy another phone when my old phone was working perfectly before they touched it. Now I'm wishing that would have just let the crack stay on my old phone. This was a huge Inconvenience and costly. read more

DO NOT go here for any replacement. Find another business that can do it professionally. They are THE MOST unprofessional business I have ever used. They have absolutely no problem taking your money and from that point on, will have a completely hands off approach. The technicians will never speak directly to the customers, they send their cashiers to explain why they will not repair or why the device is not working properly after their so-called repair. They use inferior replacement screens and when they glitch or become non-functioning, they will send their cashier to tell you that the problem cannot be fixed. I recently had my iPad cracked screen replaced only to experience problem after problem and their only solution was to take more money to replace an item that, in less than 2 months ago, they supposedly fixed. This is not a professional operation at all. They are TOTAL RIPOFFS. The screen is a different color, my fingerprint ID no longer works and a gray border appears now at the bottom of my screen. They want more money from me, but they WILL NEVER, EVER, see one penny from this customer again; nor from my family, friends and associates. read more

This place is simply the best. I had tragically dropped my iPhone 4S on concrete and, despite having a case, the entire front side was completely shattered. I thought I was going to have to pay hundreds of dollars for a completely new iPhone. But I came across this place from searching online, and I stopped by. I was astonished at the excellent service they offered. I stopped by without calling ahead or anything, and they had my phone completely good as new in just an hour! On top of that, I paid less than $100, a great price compared to how much I would have paid for Apple to just give me a whole other phone. They also offer very cheap but great quality accessories. I was looking for a iPhone cable for a while now, but the Apple store was selling them for over $20. I paid only $10 for one here, and it's no different than one I would find at the Apple store. After wearing the watch for a week the glue came undone and the new screen fell out completely. Took the watch back and they claimed it couldn't be fixed but wouldn't give a refund. DISRESPECTFUL MANAGER, SHODY WORKMANSHIP, SHODY PARTS My phone just went dark on a Sunday afternoon. You could hear it ring, alerts etc but screen was off. Theirs was the only place I could get my phone repaired fast. When I get there they tell me they will check the battery first and if battery is fine they will call me to authorize a screen change. After an hour and a half I decided to go to the store to find out what's going on. Alas my phone was ready. I asked the manager why no one called me, she said they were busy and forgot. I wasn't happy but what could I have done. If it was the screen I wanted to make sure they use Apple supplied screens. I told the lady I wasn't happy about but it's ok. I got home and realized the my phone was displaying a whitish tone. Sometime it would bring up options I didn't touch. They worst culprit, my Face ID wasn't working. After researching online I found out this could be the result of cheap screens. So Monday morning I rushed to the store. Takes about 25-30 minutes. The clerk told me to leave the phone so the can check it out and come back in an hour. When I came back he said the screen was defective but they didn't have any screens. Second they couldn't fix the Face ID. I told them I am unhappy that the added a non Apple screen that I didn't approve. I requested a refund since their repair didn't work as expected. He informed me he isn't authorized and the manager would be back on FRIDAY!!!! I left very unhappy. On Friday I called and the manager answered. I started to explaine she interrupted, told me to bring the phone. I told her I want an Apple original screen, she hung up on me. I called back and asked if and why she hung up on me and she said YES I hung up on you. Mind you I was not disrespectful nor angry. I never said one work angrily or in a raised voice. She hung up on me second time. Well we decided to go to the store. It got worse. I have never seen a business talk to a customer like the was I was spoken. She insulted us, raised her voice at us saying she can't fix the Face ID. She said I asked for a cheap screen. When I reminded her they never called me back offered to get me a good screen for almost 200$ more. But it is not an Apple OEM. She called us dumb and she knows more. We don't even know what a circuit board is. ( I fix my own computers, install network equipment etc) Realizing I was starting to get angry I asked again for a refund. She spoke to us like ignorant people ( she actually called us dumb and ignorant) We decided there isn't much we could there so we left. Bottom line is the don't stand behind their work. Read the negative reviews. After my experience I believe the negative reviews and be surprised if the positive one are fake. They don't use OEM parts They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Got my phone fixed a couple of months ago, paid 250.00, lcd started flickering, and took it back in, they wanted to charge me another 210.00 to get it fixed, noooo way! It's a faulty lcd screen and they don't support their products and repair work. There isn't a manager on duty, the person that's the owner only works on Friday's and the person in charge told me that the person that fixed the phone doesn't speak English. Smh. read more

I went to Pro Wireless February 15, 2017 to have my damaged phone screen"fixed". It was cracked for months but still was responsive and worked fine, it was a cosmetic problem. I was quoted one amount when I dropped my phone off, but when I came back to pick it up they told me it would be an additional $50. Even though that was not the amount I initially agreed too, I couldn't have my phone back until I paid the full balance. They also upsold me on a screen protector that supposedly had a warranty, so if my phone was damaged again i could have it fixed free of charge. Less than a week later the bottom half of my screen became unresponsive, and the morning after it went COMPLETELY BLACK, the display wasn't working entirely. I took it back to ProWireless with the receipt and they told me the best they can do is repair the phone again with a 15% discount. Why would I pay nearly $200 dollars again if it wasn't done correctly the first time? Since I went back, I went to BatteriesPlus and the Sprint store, where both teams suggested I go back to ProWireless and demand a full refund or repair on my phone free of charge. After looking at my phone, both these stores suggested that the repair was not likely done correctly to begin with, which is why the phone broke again soon after and quickly declined to the point of being unresponsive. Both stores also said they would have fixed the phone again for free the second time, had I gone there to begin with if and their initial repair didn't take properly within such a short period of time. Unfortunately ProWireless does not seem to care about customer service, nor do they seem to care about the quality of work they give their customers. It's extremely frustrating to be expected to pay a total of nearly $400 over a period of 2 weeks to have my phone fixed correctly. I strongly recommend anyone in need of repairs to look elsewhere, as they can't guarantee they'll fix it properly, nor honor their warranty after the repair. read more

At first I was thrilled with the price of my screen protector and cell phone case. However, after three weeks the case cracked and a piece fell off. Admittedly I only spent $13, but it should've lasted more than a month. When I went to ProWireless for a replacement they informed me they had a 14 day return policy. I explained I didn't want to return it; I just wanted a replacement that wasn't broken. They said they could only offer me a discount on another case. I don't think I'm being unreasonable asking for a replacement. When I spoke to the manager she made it sound like I should be surprised that it would last more than 30 days. She actually said "what do you expect when you spent $13 on a case". Personally, I expect a product to last more than 30 days and a company to stand behind their products. Buyer beware. read more

The only issue was a cracked screen, yet when I got the phone back, the touch id didn't work. Grudgingly, Pro Wireless agreed to look at it. Two trips back, it is still not working, and now say they did nothing that would damage the home button or touch id. According to Apple tech support and online research, it is an issue when a screen isn't replaced properly. The store has a sign posted that they have an Apple iOS technician there, yet according to Apple, they are not an authorized repair facility. Extremely misleading and the reason I agreed to let them do the work in the first place. They broke my phone, won't own their mistake, and have offered me a myriad of excuses to shift the blame away from their shoddy work. Wish I'd known about their terrible online reviews before I wasted my money on this groupon! Now I have to spend $170 at Apple to have the issue fixed properly, or buy a new phone, on top of the $44 wasted on Groupon. If I could give them zero stars I would!! read more

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I took 2 tablets to have fixed over 2 weeks ago at the pro wireless store in triangle town center Mall. I was told it would take 6 days to fix the tablets. On the seventh day I went to pick the tablets up and was told the part had not come in yet and it should arrive the next day. I wait 2 days to go to the store to pick the tablets up, again I was told the tablets were not ready and the part still hadn't come in yet. I wait 7 more days to check to give the store ample to time to receive the materials and installation the materials. This time I called early evening and asked of they were ready for pick-up and was told no and the part had not arrived yet. This is seven days after the part was to arrive. I was told that I would receive a call when the tablets were finally fixed. At this point I have had enough of the run-around and tell them I am coming in to pick the tablets up. The employee on the phone instructs me it would be better to wait until the next day when the manager was in. I went in the next day to pick the tablets up and recover my merchandise and take to another place to have them fixed only to be denied my personal property by the manager. The manager refuses to return my tablets stating they were still waiting for the part to come in (which by this time it isn't coming or was never ordered) while admonishing the associate for not doing some of the paper work correctly (probably ordering the parts). At his point I tell the manager I am going to call the police which I did. RPD sent an officer over to try and help resolve the situation. We go into the store together the manager tells the cop it's a waste of resources for me to call the police to recover my property. The officer and I talk and try to recover my property but the manager still refused to return the tablets based on the fact she ordered new parts to arrive the next day after I had explained I just wanted my property back. I did not authorize the manager to order other replacement parts after I had asked for my property. Her "ordering" the parts was her way to justify not returning merchandise after it had been requested back due to lack of service. The manager is using deceitful business practices and holding customers hostage. The officer and I left the store and talked for a minute when I asked the officer to escort me back in the store to get contact information from the manager. Needless to say the manager refused to give her contact information but was quick to give the name of another manager Jackie, which does no good to the customer asking for her name. The merchadise that the store sells is at best KNOCK-OFF products with the labels for which I seriously doubt they have contacted the manufacturers to become an authorized seller of the advertised products. The customer service is piss poor, the management team is AWFUL, do not give your money to crooks. read more

These folks do not live up to their word. Took cell phone to them to see if it could be repaired. They said yes. About 4 weeks later, the same issue arose. I took it back. They replaced the part they indicated was defective. Less than two weeks later, the same problem. All within the 60 days of warranty. Now, they told me I would have to drive across town to see it could be fixed. I asked for my $300 back. Now they had not indicated they were doing anymore than servicing my phone. A very expensive mistake taking my phone to them. Would not recommend because they did not perform task or return money during warranty period. 100% satisfied! I took my phone here to see if they could replace the screen. I had dropped my phone about 4 times and it was cracked from top to bottom. Sprint told me it would cost $100 to replace and that was even with having insurance. I heard through the grapevine that Pro Wireless did screen repairs so I figured I would take a chance and see what they could do for me. I stopped in yesterday and they quoted me $69.99 and said it would be ready in about 2 hours. I popped in after an hour and 15 minutes and it was fixed. It looks brand new and they gave me a free screen protector. I defintely recommend Pro Wireless for screen repairs but hopefully I won't have to go back! read more
