I was greeted right away. He listened to me then looked at the iPad, told me $35 if he could get the broke off piece out but was sure he could, said he'd text me when done. I went back to pick it up. Within one month the dead spots appeared again along with LCD streaks across the glass, then the glass cracked from a very light fall (not hitting the glass) with a good case.
