I'm a DIY'er at heart and thought I did a decent job getting the ducts clean 2 years ago. Nope! All that happened was years of lint got crammed into the end of the vent. Ducts on Call to the rescue. They were very responsive and even though it didn't take getting into either the attic or up on the roof itself, the fact they were willing to earns a gold star in my book (an 8:12 second story pitched roof is no joke). Excellent equipment got the dryer vent cleaned from both the outside and inside of my house. Will be a repeat customer for sure!

I got no consideration as a former customer for repeat business. I guess my heat exchanger hadn't been registered Or something to that effect. If it wasn't registered at the time This stated warranty will not be honored. I thought my contractor let me down I thought they should have seen to it instead of expecting me to do it. Putting a new furnaces is a highly distracted Consumer experience And with the amount of money involved the contractor should be taking this responsibility. I tried to give him more business but I was just treated like they treat everybody else so I had to go to a different contractor. It's hard to get good info but people should check BBB and check datcp State of Wisconsin consumer protection. That's about all you can do because just about everybody's out to screw you one way or the other. You know unless you know somebody personally.
