I have blocked Cellairis from further communication with me, but now I receive messages from what I can only assume are his friends, threatening me. Cellairis business owner also responded to this review by noting that where I live "is a small place", implying that he can find me if he wants. I have filed a report with the Northridge Fashion Center, BBB, and now will be filing a report with the Los Angeles Police department located on Devonshire. Threatening people is not a joke. UPDATE: Apparently this business owner does not understand how Yelp operates. 22 days later he is now sending me threatening messages telling me to "stop by his kiosk". I came her to fix my 7+ cracked screen. After it was fixed, I noticed the screen was considerably dimmer than before. I went back to the store to ask the girl and she said it's because it's a refurbished screen, it is not the original. Why she didn't tell me this prior? I would have gone to the Apple store and paid more for a screen with the correct coloring. Another huge issue is that the screen does not type the correct letters. It also clicks things when I'm trying to scroll. For instance, it will like peoples Instagram photos when I'm only trying to scroll through the feed. It is absolutely ridiculous and a waste of money. Can i give 0 stars? Bought my daughter a rechargeable case for her new iphone 6s. The phone won't come out the case, the case overheats when charging, stopped charging the phone. We only bought this 5 days ago. They say they won't help because the phone case appears used. Well duh, the case is white and overheats so the pink from the phone comes off onto the case. They are located right outside Starbucks, near the t-mobile kiosk. Don't do business here. They will not be getting any more business from me nor anyone I know. Horrible customer service, wish i had read the 1 review prior t i my purchase. Apparently they own the one next door as well. Oh,after 10 minutes and a tool, they got the phone out the case. These guys really know their stuff! I brought my iPhone 6 in. The flash light wasn't working as well as my cameras flash and the switch on the side of my phone where you switch it from vibrate to ring broke and it was stuck on vibrate. I honestly thought it was damaged beyond repair. I brought it in and with 3 hours my phone was as good as new! Vinay and Santiago are amazing! They both worked on my iPhone 6s and it's like brand new! I went to the gym and someone dropped water in the water holder and I placed my phone in it. The screen took a poop and I could see water in the camera. They were able to do water treatment on it and then they replaced the screen with a new one because it was the only other thing that was damaged. I also got a sweet deal on a screen protector! (Writing this for the kiosk) so I took my iPhone 7 Plus to the downstairs kiosk to get the screen fixed because I've been to the Cellairis upstairs 5 times and each time it's been good. This time the phone looked good cosmetically but internally it was messed up now. The phone would screen would freeze up every other minute and I had to power off the phone to fix it. I ended taking the phone back to get fixed with them and they said they'd fix it. A day later the phone started messing up again. This time irritated I took the phone back and told them I can't keep coming back for this so I paid an extra 40 dollars to get the "original Apple screen" and now the phone screen is buggy and I can't use it for minutes at a time. I don't know what I'm going to do because to my despair they kept the receipt last time I was there. read more

I would not go here again regardless of how inexpensive it is . They never told me thy were putting an after market screen cover instead of an original screen . My screen cracked after 12 hours . Never dropped it. No slamming slamming on table . It had a warranty and I returned and they wanted to charge me the same . I stopped by this kiosk in the Northridge mall to purchase a phone wallet. They had a nice selection. I also purchased a cell phone screen protector made from tempered glass. The person installing the glass had a very high work ethic. On the first try, there was a tiny bubble. He wasn't satisfied with it so he removed the first glass and installed a second glass and it came out perfectly. The guy gave me a price and I asked if if he can lower it which he did and I was happy. I gave him the phone but then I felt weird or "iffy" like something wasn't right so I came back up to get my phone and he refused to give it to me even though they hadn't started fixing my screen and it had literally taken me one minute to go down an and back up. Then he gave my phone to this guy who took my phone to the mall's "back stage"area (like where customers aren't suppose to go through) and that was really really weird. He then called someone on the phone and kept looking at me like as if he was talking about me or my phone but I can't say for sure. He told me it would take 15 minutes.... it took 45 minutes. I got my phone back paid the suspicious man and walked away. First my phone looked discolored but I just thought you get what you pay for but then my phone lagged, like sometimes the touch screen display wouldn't acknowledge me touching it but after messing with it, it would go back to normal. Then three days later I LIGHTLY dropped my phone and it cracked really really bad and as an iPhone user for the last 8 years I've never had my phone crack so easily and I drop my phone a lot. THHHEEENNNNN today OUT OF NOWHERE my phone now completely doesn't react to touch. I usually don't write reviews, but this place definitely deserves people's attention. Long story short, I came into their kiosk to purchase an iPhone X cover. An employee by the name of Venkat produced an IPhone 8 cover told me the cover would fit the IPhone X. He then told me if there were any issues with the fitting I could come back and return the product. Lo and behold, the cover did not fit. I came back to get a refund back, and the owner apparent (Hossan) looks at me bemused and tells me he does not allow refunds even after telling him what his employee promised. My mother and I had such a wonderful experience working with the employees at Cellairis. They were all so accommodating and kind and fixed my phone screen within minutes. I waited over an hour for an appointment at the Apple Store but they told me that I had to sign a waiver saying that they weren't liable if they lost all of my data/memory. I don't even know why they needed to touch my memory to change my screen but Cellairis fixed it quickly and without any losses.
