    Couldn't fix a iPhone 6 broken screen, took my $100 and messed it up worse . So upset. DO NOT GO HERE!

    I had the best new customer experience and service with Odyssey Phone Repair! Being in quarrantine…read morereally made me think "Wow after all these long days and nights of scrolling through social media on my phone, it would be nice to actually see the content!" So I decided to look for a phone repair company in a nearby town and I trusted this business from the start! I simply messaged them on Instagram, got quick service replies, and same day pickup and dropoff! YES! I didnt have to leave my warm couch! The customer service was more than I could have expected and really helped me out in this tough time! They have good deals and amazing device transformations! My iPhone 8 Plus looks as good as new! Both the front AND back glass were shattered all over and now I have a seriously epic looking new phone! Perfect fit and you couldnt tell the glass was even replaced! Im so happy with this and I will deffinetley be back if I find myself beinf clutzy with my glass devices again!!

I don't know any other business that will do that for their customers!!! I have referred at least 10 other people to go there with any cell phone problems, and every one who went there was very happy with their service. It is rare to find this high-quality service and people these days. One personal experience I won't forget was a day I came in with a phone that had suddenly stopped charging. It was a busy afternoon, and Eric looked like he was trying to help a thousand people at once--okay, maybe just six, but still. Phones were ringing, customers had questions, and you could tell the day was hectic. But somehow, he still made time for me like I was the only person in the room. He didn't rush, didn't cut corners--just calmly took care of it and explained everything as he went. He figured out it was just a dirty charging port and fixed it on the spot. No charge, no pressure--just "you're good to go." Honestly, it could've been a chance to sell me something or tack on a service fee, but that's not how they operate. It's the kind of place where you feel like they genuinely want to help, not just make a sale. That's the thing with Odyssey. They're busy, sure, but they never make you feel like a burden. It's rare to walk into a store and feel like someone's actually on your side, but that's how it is here. I don't usually leave reviews, but these guys have earned it. If you need anything phone-related, give them a shot. They've more than earned my business--and my trust.

    Frustrating way of doing business…read more Came to staples to print on a Saturday some documents. The lady at the print shop directed me to go to the copier and place my debit card and I'll be able to print. She asked if there are any questions just to look for her. So everything went well. I found out I needed to print some photo ID so I go to the print area and there's a guy there I ask for help. He tells me that he saw me do some work at the copyer and that I can do it there. So I follow instructions took me 15minutes to down load the photo send it to the email and got the code and print it out. I realize I need a photo paper so I get in line to the print shop again and when it comes my turn She tells me I can't do it there. I tell her I spent 15minutes there because the guy told me to do it there. She non chalant says "I have to do it here and walks away". No appologies and no remorse. Hope they can do better to the next customer on a non busy Saturday. So Frustrating.

The very annoyed associate with tattoos on her hand (don't know her name) said, "Try to screenshot them if youre not ready, this is a very busy location." Literally no one on line? Then I tell her I'm ready and as I am going from code to code, she is drumming her fingers, tappjng her feet, and huffing and puffing. How rude are you? Thrre was one person behind me and I let them go in front. I only had 6 returns. Horrible customer service.
