I went to upgrade my husbands phone at this location because they said they had the phone he wanted in stock (they did not), but the 2 kids working behind the counter ended up opening a phone line without my consent and took the free iphone 14. After confirming with an agent via the website chat, there has been no usage associated with the phone number ever. I came to this location because honestly, it was closest to where I was driving and I'm usually around the area anyway. I walked in to get some prices on a new iPhone. I was assisted by a younger gentleman who gave me a couple prices and extremely patient with my natural "indecisiveness" while I looked back and fourth at two phones. I told him I'd be back later which surpringly stuck with my word. I showed up, and a helpful lady then confirmed different pricing with me again. While deciding an hour later (I warned you I was indecisive) another man, Harold Girash shows up and assists me with the rest of my transaction. I then had to wait about 40 minutes for my phone to transfer, he was friendly and humorous, kept us entertained. This location honestly was the nicest I've been to around here. I will never again go to anybody but them. Not only was the staff helpful, but I didn't feel rushed or pressured into anything. Nice place, staff is surprisingly patient, kind and professional. I usually can't stand these stores but I will recommend Nancy. She is so chill, it rubs off on you. When you're dealing with ATT, that's a very important quality. I will send friends and family to give her a shot, she looked me in the eye and promised she would take good care of them. I wanted to commend the two people working at the Vanderbilt Motor Parkway in Commack AT&T yesterday on New Years Eve. My only regret is I didn't get their names, so I could mention them by name here, but not only were they were two of the nicest, most helpful AT&T employees ever, they were two of the nicest people in general as well. I'm sure we've all had experiences at AT&T stores that left us feeling annoyed, I know I have. Usually the person working there seems like they hate their job, and they try to sell you on a bunch of stuff that they think you should get, and are annoyed if you don't choose to do exactly what they want you to. Well, my experience yesterday was quite the opposite. She gave me all of my options, and let me decide what I wanted to do. She tried her best to save me money instead of spend my money. The guy who was helping other people while I was there was doing the same. Who knows if the next time I need a phone, these two will still be working there, but I am definitely going back there for all of my AT&T needs, and in the mean time, if you're reading this and trying to decide which store to go to, trust me, this is the one to go to! read more

Me and my boyfriend went into the store a couple weeks back looking to get some information . I was currently with Tmobile and very unhappy. Harold and Nancy were the two working and both took the time to talk to us go over all information . I ended up switching to att and I can honestly say I am truly happy with not only the service with the phones but the service they provided to us . They went above and beyond helped me set up 3 phones but they also followed up with me on other concerns and to see how everything was going . HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All I wanted was to get a new iPhone. That is exactly what I stated and yet the "salesman" decided to review my account and push me to get a new plan etc...wasted time....then the manager came over and tried to push a new plan on me...all I wanted was the new phone. I expressed my desire to see the plans side by side to be able to look at the info first before switching. He proceeded to toss a flier in front of me, no help and again...all I wanted was the new phone. He proceeded to do the paperwork and tossed several things in front of me to sign, breezed through the phone acceptance, that I believe I should have been accepting...never explained anything and when I asked him too, he got testy with me. The straw that broke the camels back, he put the phone in a bag and said plug it into your computer. I left with out a working phone...WTF. Still not working. read more
