I felt so at ease and felt like Dr. Patel understood the challenges I was having getting rid of my hyperpigmentation (Asian skin can be tricky to treat with lasers and other procedures). I immediately purchased their membership and since then have seen a significant improvement. I love how friendly everyone is there and I have seen both Dr Patel and Dr Desai and both ladies are incredible. I have gotten botox, daxxify, Pico laser, 2 Enlighten Revepeels and am scheduled for micro needing soon. They also have state of the art equipment and all the newest and greatest gadgets and also carry great skincare lines. They also post a lot in Instagram (little informational short videos) and do in-person educational sessions for clients (not just for clients but for anyone who signs up) which is really nice! The results I've seen across multiple treatments have been consistently impressive. Dr. Lee's approach is precise but not pretentious. I always feel comfortable and cared for in every aspect of the interactions through treatments. Each provider is kind, attentive and exceptional at what they do. I wouldn't pass on the facials, they are beyond refreshing and I always leave with a wonderful glow. My facial scar revisions are wonderfully blurred away with Dr Sophie's treatments. It's quite amazing actually how each treatment has helped my facial scar tissue significantly. I've also had traptox and underarm Botox done, both of which made a noticeable difference in my upper body comfort and confidence. No pouring sweat, no more intense trapezius pulling my upper back and neck together like a turtle. No more crick in my neck upon waking each morning. After looking for someone for a few years, I took a chance and mentioned my venous lake in my lip and Dr Sophie knew immediately how to correct it by laser. Happily, my venous lake removed and treatment for small purple varicose veins in my thighs are gone, and I'm extremely happy with not having a dark blue dot on my lips that made me self conscious. In addition I have also had facial harmony balancing with neurotoxins and various fillers over time which is another excellent treatment as it subtly enhanced my features without changing what makes me look like myself. I didn't know what to expect. Helen coated my skin with the first oil based mask from my stomach down to my ankles and wrapped me up tight. It was all organic and my skin got hot so I know it was working! I didn't worry because she said the ingredients were all natural. After about 20 minutes, she wiped off the first mask and covered me with a cooling mask for another 20 minutes. Her process is so great! I felt super relaxed. After the timer rang for the second mask, she peeled it all off and I couldn't believe how smooth my skin was almost instantly. My skin was also more firm! Wow!!!
