Ann Webb Skin Clinic is 'diamond in rough'. I am in my late 40's. I had work event that I needed to look my best. I had broken out with really large pimples - hormonal & stress. I didn't know what could be done. I found Ann Webb Clinic. I talked to Tara who understood ' my emergency' and squeezed me in to see Samantha. Samantha performed facial treatment that was lifesaver. I had Redness, Inflammation besides large pimples. I left looking completely different from when I walked in. I felt so much better after treatment. Samantha sent me home with ' don't worry' your face will be clear in time for your event. Samantha was right! I believe treatment plus w/ Ann Webb Salicylic Spot treatment and Ann Webb Facial Wash are better than what I was buying and using for last 13 years. I am former model and former pageant winner. I can say Ann Webb Clinic Houston is one of my favorites. I can't wait to finish bottle of Acella wash. I have never met Ann Webb. I visited Ann Webb in Houston almost a year ago. Heres my experience; The office was in a weird place & I had to be escorted around the building to use the restroom before my services. No big deal. I was there for Botox & Jevederm Ultra. I bought my package in advance & when I arrived I was told they were out of Juvederm so I had to settle for an off-brand. The Botox was good, went smoothly, aside from not seeing the actual product & not getting the Botox points. I did end up with a blackThe lips didn't go as well. They had to inject something else before the filler. Cool. They injected the filler & then said "what do you think?!" I almost died. My lips were so swollen & they made me feel like that was the end result. I got in my car in tears. My lips look so so so bad. Thankfully I have a good friend who is a nurse practitioner at a Med Spa & I called her. After freaking out at what she saw, she talked to the doctor at her clinic & they reassured me that it was likely just swollen & that was not the end result. Why didn't AW do this? I can't even explain the anxiety I had. The swelling did subside after a day or so, but my lips were lumpy & uneven. Obviously uneven. I've never spent $400+ before & hoped what I paid for would go away. It's been close to a year & they're still not normal. Maybe if Ann had been there, my experience would have been different, I don't know. I'm looking to have the same services again soon & wont return to AW, unfortunately. read more

This is the Houston location for Austin-based Ann Webb Skin Clinic. I found them through Groupon and purchased a three-IPL-facial package for a reasonable price. Looking through their website, the regular pricing is competitively priced with others in the area, with many options to allow you to develop package that meets both your skin care needs, as well as your budget. My facialist was Liz, who is a young, pleasant, and knowledgeable esthetician. She was excellent and gave me one of the most relaxing but efficient facials I have ever had. I really appreciated that she walked through each step and let me know what she was going to do. Even when it came time for the lazer, she gave me proper information to prepare me for whats to come, so I was equipped and manged my expectations. I highly highly recommend Liz! They use all Ann Webb products at this facility, and although I had never heard of her before, the products used on me during the facial proved to be very effective. I had lots of dry flaky skin and dark spots from both sun and previous acne, but the next day, I saw a significant improvement in my skin. They have SO MANY products to choose from, and its clear to me that the facial experts know exactly what "potion" to concoct during the session that will be most effective. I was so impressed by the texture of my skin after the first session. My only gripe about this place is that the clinic itself is in an older building. The building is very outdated and a bit off-putting. However when you step into the Ann Webb clinic, you can see they have made an active effort to keep their own suite updated and modern. The clinic is a bit small, but I was never uncomfortable. I wasn't excited to lie down and look up at the old dingy lights above (with what appears to be mildew stains), but that's no fault of Ann Webb clinic, just an old building that needs updating. Despite that minor complaint, I highly recommend everyone try the Ann Webb Skin Clinic for their facials. Request Liz, and you're in for an hour of relaxation and rejuvenation. She's so sweet and so knowledgeable, and my skin has never felt happier! read more

Absolutely love this place! My daughter and I have had five photo facials a month apart and our skin looks amazing!! We have been booking them ahead every 4 to 5 weeks we decided to make this a monthly routine it started out as a birthday gift from my two daughters and now has become an addiction. I'm updating this review replying to you Ann- first Bellafill was injected on my smile line not my face, second I asked multiple doctors will this affect if something was put over Bellafill they said no and especially I had it done 2 years prior to this filler, third you did not have my chart to know what fillers I was doing so you assumed what was inserted- yes I was happy that's why I spent tons of money and never complained, so saying I need a refund is bull. I don't need what I spent I never asked for a refund once I was nice despite what happens to my face!!!! I texted you as you can see in this pic and I recieved no reply at all!!! How can you say you replied ? If Bellafill like you said effects it why as a professional did you go ahead and risk the chance of something going wrong ? I was a little nervous, not sure what to expect, with my first IPL facial but Taira quickly put me at ease. The facial was so nice and relaxing and Taira is the best! I wish I had thought to take before and after pics because my sun spots are almost completely gone now after my 3rd IPL. Fyi, if you go to most other places they will only do the actual IPL treatment and send you off...Ann Webb offers a full, luxury 1 hour facial with high quality products and even the texture of my skin and redness is drastically improved. I found this clinic on Yelp. First of all a man that gets concerned about his skin. I bought an IPL program on Groupon. This clinic had good review so I figured why not. The ipl only helped my problem a bit. The esthetician Samantha recommended to try lamp probe. She went a bit soft on the device to make sure I would handle it. I got decent results. I went again and she turned it up a lot. Wow what a difference. My skin won't ever be 25 again but this clinic can help. Another aspect I love about this clinic is the pricing... From the minute I walked in I was very happy with my experience! I was greeted promptly and seated in a very cute little waiting area. When I was taken back to the facial room, they provided a robe and the facial bed even had a warmed, liquid filled pillow. I have very sensitive skin and I was asking about dermaplaning. They nicely explained that I wasn't a good candidate for the technique because of my skin type but explained that they would exfoliate my skin well. The facial was extraordinary. They clearly know what they are doing, from the technique to the products! I added a lip treatment because I have very dry lips and the facialist gave me some great tips and recommended their lip balm. The neck massage I was given was out of this world! When I walked out there was only minimal redness where extractions were done and when I say my skin is sensitive I mean SENSITIVE so their products are not harsh at all on the skin! I might be generous giving away a 2 star review. This was my second time getting a second facial after getting a fantastic one from Elliese. This time was the total opposite. My original appointment was from 2-3pm for over a month, then, I get a text from the clinic requesting my confirmation for my 3-4 year pm appointment. I called the clinic to get the reason for the time change and Taira answered the phone explaining that Elliese no longer traveled to the Houston location. Fine! Taira proceeded to book my appointment with her from 3-4 pm. Which was way later than expected but ok. 30 min before the appointment I received a call from the clinic stating that Taira was running about 15 min late because a customer showed up late. I was already annoyed at that point but ok. I showed up there at 3:15 pm as told. Waited 10 min, then another 5 by 3:25 pm I was still waiting and was pretty frustrated at that time because if that other client was late, her appointment should have been the one rescheduled. Unfortunately, by 3:30 I had to cancel. I was buying a C serum when Taira was coming out of the previous appointment by 3:33pm apologizing because she had to put injections on the previous customer who was late. When she mentioned she just needed to clean up, I said I was leaving. I also have errands to do and don't appreciate my weekend being wasted. I understand 15-20 min late but I waited even past the time I was told. After this experience, I'm not sure if I'll ever go back. read more
