There's groceries, candy, beer, fishing supplies, boots, some building supplies, auto parts. You can usually find what you need in a pinch. They have some carry out food (and one table I think). Although a small selection and gas station type food, they get good brands. We like to pick up the Hunt's Brothers Pizza now and then. When it's been snowy, they have stayed open (with a generator I guess with power out all over town). They just hand wrote the bills and did the math on tax. I felt very uncomfortable when being stare at like that. The management and team leader in the deli went completely against every word I said. The manager on the phone yelled and was very rude said that's not true about his employee cause nobody has never complained about her. He kept snapping me off and would not let me talk. I tried to say to him that most people in Statesville are probably afraid to complain about that lady cause they don't want to get in trouble. He used a discriminatory retaliation against me by banning me due to my race. They managers that I spoke with was Caucasian including the deli clerk. So I would in a bad situation at that point. I called BBB and the US Department of Civil Rights Division. I feel like why would he ban me from the store for company for complaining on a deli clerk and I was telling the truth about what she done to me. I don't like staring at me like a hawk while I'm buying drinks or even foods in any store. She made me felt very very uncomfortable you she think I was doing something illegal. I told those managers I work in the medical field for a living and got two jobs that mad them even ruthless and mean to me when I mentioned that information!!!
