We first hired Manuel for to pour our entire backyard cement on a new home with no backyard landscape 13 years ago. We were and still are extremely happy with the end result and over the years it still looks new! For our driveway extension we knew we had to call him again and once again, Manuel and his superb team did not disappoint! The finished driveway extension looks so amazing! In April, Manuel Iglesias and crew laid concrete in my backyard. Upon finishing the concrete, Manuel said to wait 30 days to acid wash and seal the concrete. Well, I did wait the 30 days, called and set up the appt. for Manuel to come back for an estimate to acid wash and seal not only the concrete he laid, but for the rest of my backyard also. Manuel took measurements, but I AM STILL WAITING for the estimate. I have called 3 times and it goes straight to voicemail. Laurie, Manuel's wife was always very prompt in returning my calls when I needed concrete work, but now-NOTHING. I guess the rest of the work I needed done wasn't a big enough money maker for him to follow through with.
