Bella was great at helping us but I had to go to the register to let her know we needed help in the ice skate section. She radioed for someone to go help us but no one responded so she ended up helping us and checking us out. We were pleasantly greeted when we walked it but it appeared as if no wanted to really work. They have ample equipment and a skate sharpening area. Everything is neatly organized by sport, making it easy to navigate and shop. I would return because they have things we need but they've gotta work on their service. There's ample parking.

I don't buy a lot of shoes but have not had to. The shoes purchased from John's are always of good quality and the service is courteous and knowledgeable. In addition to this, the store is well stocked and generally has the shoes a person wants on hand so you don't have to wait for something to be ordered.

Staff is friendly and The facilities are clean (or as clean as a skate park might be aka stickers everywhere). Most importantly, the bathrooms are clean! There are lockers you can use to store your stuff. Bring your own lock. There's a skate shop and a couple of different areas different styles of ramps. There are lots of areas for parents to hang out or kids to chill and eat food. There's even a couch and some upholstered chairs for watching skate videos. Bring your own snacks or buy food from the snack bar or the vending machines. Not a whole lot of options, but there is hot coffee and tea. If you want more than snacks, I recommend bringing food in. Prices are $25 for a three hour session or $50 for the entire day. Skate parks and scooters are available to rent for 10 bucks. It feels like a pretty good value when you compare it to the cost of other activities such as snowboarding for over $100 a day. You can even rent the place for private parties for $200 per hour certain days.

Extremely cool dudes running this store…read more I came in a couple weeks ago looking for some PS2/GameCube games, and the second I walked in the store, a gentleman behind the counter greeted me politely. He asked what was bringing me in, and I stated I had just discovered them 15 minutes prior to visiting and that I was coming from out of state. He was very friendly and gave me their business card. He told me that there's a little something for everyone in this store, and he was absolutely right. After talking for a little I told him that I was defintely interested in some of the retro games. He walked me over to the aisle and explained their selection and which games I could find that I was looking for. They had a huge variety of GameCube and PS2 games, in fact, the most variety I have ever seen in stores alike.
