I briefly met with Rich who gave me an overview of current ski technology then the torch was passed to Greg.

I saw/heard one self-professed beginner being helped with everything, sounding so thankful. I did the ski simulatror and it was awesome. I've been skiing since i was 4, and this is an amazing feature. It works you as hard as you're willing to work or as easy as you want to go. Perfect to help the ski legs, and a great way to try out different boots. I'd like to do it more just as a great dryland workout! P.S: They have a staff dialed in on tennis and pickleball as well. They string racquets and for pickle they have a great demo program I'm going to do this weekend!

I went through the demo program looking for a new racquet. When I decided to purchase one I was…read moreunsure on a grip size and the man working said we can always make them bigger we can make them smaller so I went with the smaller size. After playing with my new racquet I found the grip size to be too small, I returned to the store and they tried to charge me $10 for a grip sleeve and told me the racquet was customized and I couldn't exchange it. After doing some a quick google search I found an easy way to measure grip size. I just paid $300+ for the racquet, strings and demo program, you guys are the experts. Grip size should be measured when selling a raquet. It is not a preference like style, brand, heaviness, swing weight etc. I am very upset that I need to put tape over a brand new racquet to make it the right size when you could've easily thrown the racquet into the demo program and ordered me the correct size. Looking to make the sale, poor customer service.

A little…read morelate to the game for the season (and perhaps the year with recent shipping delays) the employees at The Ski House were incredibly helpful in our search for gear in time for a February trip to Lake Placid, NY. After striking out at stores throughout Rhode Island, we found ourselves extending our search to Massachusetts and Connecticut. Most stores simply laughed when we mentioned we were looking for two full packages of boots, skis, and poles. The Ski House not only took our inquiry seriously but worked out a viable solution and game plan to help us find everything we were looking for. We worked most of our purchase out over the telephone, saving us precious time, gas, and mileage during our search. The Ski House gathered all of our ski equipment (minus the boots) based on height and weight and held it for us with a small deposit until we could get to the store for pickup. They talked us through the requirements we'd need in a boot and offered several suggestions on where we might be able to locate a couple pairs. With their guidance in mind, we found boots online same day that were compatible with the Alpina skis coming our way. Our excellent experience extended through to purchase. Everyone we encountered in-store was pleasant and knowledgeable. Our skis and bindings were set up in no time, poles measured and tested based on our height, and final purchase handled quickly and efficiently. Thanks to The Ski House, we were able to cruise the trails on our vacation in our new gear not long after!!

Turns out, they were cutting off my circulation after two runs. Three other shops confirmed they screwed up. Wasted $100++ trying to fix their mistake. Went back, and they ADMITTED they sold me the wrong size--then refused to do anything about it. No refund, no exchange, just pathetic and was told" buy new ones." Now I'm out hundreds of dollars with boots I can't wear. Incompetent, dishonest, and a complete waste of time. Avoid this place at all costs.
