Ridiculous policy with regard to 'all sales are final'. Bought something that wound up not fitting my unit at home. Wanted to replace it with something that did fit. But they rejected that option. Now, I have a piece that doesn't work for me and it's gonna collect dust. At least you guys made $25 off of something I can't use. If you want good service, there's better options in the area. This was just the closest thing to us so we thought we'd try it out. I'd prefer to drive a little further out for some reliability. read more

It's hard to believe that a business would give up a good customer over a $12 battery... I visited the Monona Drive location a little over a week ago, bought a pen battery, and at that time I thought I received decent customer service. Well, five days later the battery quit working while I was out of town, so exactly one week after my purchase, I went back to exchange the defective product. Wasn't looking for a refund, just wanted it fixed or replaced. After two salespeople futzed with the item, they agreed it didn't work and they were unable to fix it. When I asked what's next, one of the guys said, "Well, you could get another one," and when I asked if I could exchange the faulty product for a different one, I was told that "they don't know what I could have done to it in the time I had it." It worked for five days. So no exchange for the defective product, no fix, no credit or refund. I'm out $12, and stuck with a product they sold me that doesn't work. Obviously I will never return to this business, and I'll make sure that everyone I know will have this information. read more

Fine glass shop, like the workers but their policies are simply ridiculous. If anything doesn't go as planned, say they sell you a defective battery or you grab the wrong size of something and bring it back with receipt and tag they have a absolute no return policy/ won't do anything to help. Don't want to leave this review but honestly I've never worked with a store that was so unwilling to help the customer. Other than that I mean they sell good stuff but don't expect the customer care you will get at any other shop. Wish I could have left a better view because the workers are great. read more

I wish I could give 0 stars but I can't. I came in the other day to buy 2 elf bars. I ordered the "kiwi dragon fruit berry" which is what I always use. The employee gave me the "kiwi passion fruit guava" instead. This flavor smells like legit cat urine. They have the same color packaging. When I called to let them know of their mistake they told me there's nothing they can do to help me. I spend 50$ a week here and I'm out 25$ because of their employees mistake. I have been a faithful shopper here for a few years and have usually had decent service, if not great. This review is in two parts, covering a week of visits - 4 in total. Got great help on Odana today from Blaze, but the other guy working was a mansplaining ass. I came in and asked for two specific CVaults - the large consumer and the small commercial. I'd done my research and knew I wanted one of the two. First off, they had no idea which was which, I had to tell them. Not a big deal, they have a ton of products to remember. I further explained that I already had a couple and explained what I was looking for and why (lots of hemp flower to store). The problem came when this guy (not Blaze) started telling me it was good to keep your stash in a "bigger one" for your main stash and a "smaller one" for what you're using so it wouldn't have to be opened as often. I was gobsmacked. He obviously didn't know I have a series of four containers to minimize exactly that, but he should've been tipped off by the specificity of my request. I couldn't think of anything to say because I was stunned. Eventually I just looked at him and said "You're so cute." The dude LOST HIS MIND. He had a massive temper tantrum and then made a big show about having to "take a walk" and calm down, insulting me and talking about how great he was at customer service until he was outside. Dude - I was at Dead shows before he was born. I wouldn't even be writing this review (Blaze was incredibly helpful) but the other guy kept going on about reviews naming him as amazing. Well, A-hole, you aren't. Blaze saved the day and I walked out with three new containers and a new vector lighter. I took off one star for the a-hole. Thanks again, Blaze! I love ignite, just not patronizing the a-hole. EDIT: I came back the next day and bought almost $200 more of stuff and another $200 the next week. Unfortunately, two products were defective and they are making me go through the companies instead of exchanging - even though both failed within two days of purchase. I've always liked this store, but that isn't the way to treat customers who are going out of their way to shop from you over buying for less $ online. Having worked in retail, I know there's a certain amount of flexibility and am disappointed that they felt that $500 in a week was enough and weren't interested at all in keeping me as a customer. read more

This is my favorite place for glass and accessories in Madison. I love that I don't have to go all the way downtown for a great selection. I've always gotten 1:1 attention from the staff with no or little wait, and they recently provided impeccable customer service when I had an issue with a joint in one of my pieces of glass. read more
