The Nurses take forever to come and assist the patients in the rooms when the Red Alert Button has been pushed. The patients with dementia are not able to advocate for themselves unfortunately. Therefore, the patients do not get taken to use the restroom often, so they wet themselves. The wheelchair bound patients end up getting sores on their behinds because they are not moved often/ ignored. Many elderly patients fall down while staying here due to poor negligence. Case Managers do not respond back to phone calls in a timely fashion. You have to keep calling and hunting them down. Medications are not given properly to patients. Encompass will try to push patients out of their facility promptly even if patients are not capable (still have 10/10 pain, cannot walk/ move at all or without assistance, etc). Our family has been very dissatisfied and disgusted with the lack of care and service from this facility.

Spero Rehab your therapists are all relaxed and friendly therefore you feel relaxed have a good time while going through your therapy which any place else sucks. I am pleased to have Spero Rehab so close to my home it makes it very handy to swing by.

His care helped me greatly to recover my mobility. I also enjoyed working with Dominic. Ali at the front desk is friendly and helpful with your insurance coverage. There opening schedule is convenient. Few days a week Andrew welcome his first patients at 7am so you can go straight to work after that. They also have Friday afternoon openings. He is a great listener and really treats the whole person. He also takes the time to refer you to other avenues of treatment if needed. We see him pretty much once or twice a month for either maintenance or for a new pain one of us is feeling. Every one of us has a very unique treatment depending on the issue. I recently got into a non emergency accident and I called the office for advice and to schedule something, Vivian is great! Every time I've gone in to see him, I've learned something new about the way my body works. He is one of the few chiropractors in the area that utilizes the NUCCA procedure. Notice that in the before picture (on the left), I had almost no curvature in my neck. Now, my body has learned to maintain a nice, normal curve. In the next x-ray, you will notice that when I first went in, my head was actually positioned a little crooked. Now, it is much straighter, all the way down into the spine. The coolest part of these X-rays is that when I had the new ones done, I had not had a treatment on my neck in at least 3 weeks, which means that my body has been re-trained to maintain this healthy new position.
