They have lots of cubbies upfront and a really nice selection of tees, tanks, and water bottles. I can't remember the name of the person checking in (maybe Taylor), but she was very friendly and made me feel welcomed. Abby's class was perfectly paced and very relaxing. The blue light was a nice touch, and I'm a fan of the small, intimate studio. There's a nice prop closet with plenty of bolsters, blocks, and straps. I enjoyed my class here and will definitely come back to try another one.

There is yoga/workout attire for sale that feels high qualify but prepare for a high price tag too! There are a variety of classes for stretch, slow flow, heated and even some light weights for a unique experience. Lastly, the process of cancelling my membership (due to circumstances unrelated to the studio? ) was easy and over in a few minutes. I recommend giving it a shot if you're searching for a new studio or are a beginner.

The best workout studio in Pineville! By women, for women. I love everything about stepping into…read morethis space. Whether it's your first workout in ten years or you're in the best shape of your life, several things will ring true once you attend your first class: 1. You will be challenged. The instructors are quick to give alternatives to the workouts based on where you're at in your fitness journey. You'll get what you're willing to put in, so as long as you set your intentions for class and stick to them, you'll leave feeling the moxie glow. 2. You'll be surrounded by a great group of women. When you think of a judgement-free-zone, Moxie will redefine this for you. Whether you're moving your hips in OHM, doing your first downward dog, or learning how to speed skate, you're given a safe space to be yourself, have fun, and learn new ways to move your body. Classes are kept intentionally small to create the best energy/environment. 3. You won't be disappointed! There is a class type for everyone. Dance, fusion, yoga, HIIT/bootcamp, etc. they even have a swiftie sculpt once a month for those of us who want our playlists a little more reputation coded. ;)

Inside, there's pretty exposed brick and a "Babe Cave" glowing pink sign. There's free public parking right behind the building, and Pro Tip: you can actually walk in through the back door (it doesn't have a name on it, so you just have to know - it's like a dark brown/gray color) instead of going all the way around to the front. I've taken a number of different classes here, including full body bootcamp, bootcamp circuit, 808, fusion, yoga, and athletic conditioning. Each one is unique, so you can try a variety of workouts to keep challenging yourself and see what you like best. I enjoy the strength-based workouts since you really do feel so strong. Fusion and 808 are so so fun since you're working out as a group to the rhythm of the music - you feel like you're on a dance team! During the cooldown of certain workouts (usually the bootcamps and other more high intensity classes), the staff pass around cold towels with essential oils - they change up the aromatherapy scents, and they've all smelled and felt amazing. It's such a nice way to end a sweaty class and take a relaxing, rejuvenating moment for yourself. Their trial week of $20 for an unlimited week of classes is such a great deal. Come in, sweat, and feel great about yourself in the company of other women!

Camilo Sanchez is the proprietor and is a thorough and patient instructor so I was happy to find his studio. He teaches "Chen" style tai chi which is one of the oldest styles and is more close to a martial style than others. But I was still able to keep up and appreciated the level of detail explained in each movement. FYI he also teaches Qigong and I have spoken to several students who swear by his teaching. He offers various levels of certification as well.

My life (if you can call it life) was a nightmare. I saw the general doctor, the Gastroenterology's and the ENT doctor (the best that I was able to afford in Charlotte). they each have a different theory of what it was happening to me. I lost my voice, I could not breath or eat well. They kept giving me medications, and with each pill I got prescribed I felt how my life slipped away in my hands. I finally found a naturopath doctor that helped me some, then a Chinese Doctor that helped me a bit more, then a friend of mine recommended Dr Camilo. I have recovered my voice, I am able to eat almost everything without pain, and I can breathe fine. My diagnosis were chronic stress and anxiety due to problems at work, the anxiety gave me reflux, the reflux affected my vocal cords which gave me Vocal chord dysfunction and it did not allow to breathe and talk for almost 4 years. Thanks Dr. Camilo for all your help
