Still for me a great favourite. Mainly used by local workers at lunchtime, Iguaden is also a good place in the evening. In recent years it seems to have started to struggle a bit, thanks to the Crisis but slso the urbanisation of Tias which has brougyt along a lot more competition. You wont get a lavish gushing welcome (by any means) but the waiters, who have not changed personnel in over 20 years, are efficient and whilst they dont smile much for tourists are professional and kind. There is no option for children as such but at linchtimes they do half portions of most their dishes. However the food is good, authentic spanish/canarian and I have yet to enjoy a better priced, more tender, delicious pepper steak amywhere in thr world than here at Iguaden. read more
