Took my iPad into him to get fixed and had it for over week when he told me that it would be done that same day. While he was taking the screen off he broke the connectors for the screen and had to see to someone to get it fixed even thou he didn't charge me for the connector he took 6 times long to get it fixed. I brought my phone in for a screen replacement and unfortunately didn't notice before leaving that my screen wasn't even placed on correctly.It was popped up on one end. I've owned many iPhones now over the years. Although I understand they crack rather easily, I've dropped my iphones millions of times and never once saw the screen completely pop off (ESPECIALLY THE FIRST TIME DROPPING IT) so yeah I was shocked when my screen popped off COMPLETELY at one small fall! Furthermore, my screen's touch was all out of whack, the screen would turn blck at random times, my APPLE MUSIC would pause and lag when it's an offline app?? AND the phone would just lag in general like crazy! In addition, I paid $380 for him to fix both sides of my phone. I'm no phone expert, but my friend told me she's almost sure they just swapped my phone for a whole new fake iPhone.. which I truly wouldn't doubt from this grimy company. The phone did look rather cheap though and looked a lot different from my original iPhone:( And just to top it all off, MY FATHER HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE!! I took my iPhone to get a new screen and first thing as I walk in with my kids, it's smells like weed in there pretty bad like if they're smoking while working, like come on. I still left my phone when I picked it up unfortunately I didn't notice until I got home the screen wasn't even put on right it was lifted on one side it now does whatever it wants clicks and calls people on its own and when I have it charging it gets really hot. Paid a Deposit to get my screen ordered, then never got the text when it came in , as the guy said he would send when it arrived . 1 week later I stopped by an left my phone at 11 am on Sat an went back at 3pm an phone ŵas not fixed , due to faulty screen they recieved , guy said he would send back an text me when new one got there, never recieved the text.Called today Friday at 2 pm an was told yes it came in but they cant fix my phone til Monday as they are Closing early today, I drove over an got my deposit back from then an it took him 45mins to go to ATM, to get my deposit , as he said there was only 1, 20 in the register. I paid $100 to replace the cracked screen on my HTC One (M7). They said it would take "a few days" since they had to order parts for it. 7 days later, I called to ask the status. I was told it was done. I drove over later that day to pick it up. The guy at the counter tried to give me someone else's phone. When I made clear that mine was the grey, not black, M7 then I was told he was finishing it up. About 10 minutes later I got my phone. Went home, pulled it out and started to Factory Reset the device so my wife could have it. As I was using it, the screen started peeling up (picture attached on main page). I called iGuys and told them what happened, he didn't say anything. I asked if I could bring it back in for them to fix it, he said ok. I told him it would be a day or two because I'm very busy with work. I tried calling a couple days later to confirm that I would bring it by, with receipt, for them to look it over again. My calls go straight to voicemail and have ever since. Today I will finally be able to go by there again before they close, to see if the store is even open. I have had to come back 8 times now to get my iPad fixed over and over again. 4 different screen had to be put on because 3 of them didn't work after a day of using it. I came back 8 times because he would tell me it would be done on a Monday and I would make it in on a Tuesday and he still wouldn't have it done. I purchased a refurbished iphone from this place and it took serval days to receive it cuz Paul the person that I was dealing with, wasn't there when it was delivered. I made sure to ask if it was unlocked. I took it to metro and it wasn't u locked. I went back to Paul he said the phone I brought wasn't unlocked and they usually come unlocked but I hurried to pick it up so he Paul didn't have a chance to unlock. So basically it was my fault. Took our phone here as a recommendation from a coworker. Was told they would give us a call when the phone was done in about 30-45 minutes. hour and half later never got a call so we went in. The phone had been finished. The screen replacement we noticed off the bat had slightly different colors and we figured no big deal. During the drive home the wife noticed the phone was responding slower than normal. Since she had planned on getting a new phone in September anyway she decided to leave it be and deal with it. Took in an ipad air and an ipad mini 4 for cracked screen repair. The owner quoted a great price of $75 for ea. screen. I agreed and left my tablets there. He said he would call when they were ready. I let him know that I needed the tablets by Sunday because I use them at church. He said that it would be no problem as it was Wednesday. Saturday came, they don't answer their phone, so I had to do that Sunday with no tablets. I'm busy working and don't get to go there until Tuesday which by the way they still have not called initially or returned my message. He says he couldn't fix it because he couldn't obtain the part, maybe because it is the newest model. I ask him why he didn't call me when the one was ready or why he didn't notify me that he couldn't fix the other. I told him to remember I said I needed these before Sunday and that he should have called me. He said I'm already giving you a discount on one of these (assuming I was complaining for a discount). I'm thinking, dude I don't need your stinking discount. On top of that he says, "I don't have the staff to call people all the time." Haha, really? I gave him every opportunity to apologize, which is all I wanted. An acknowledgment of my inconvenience would have been great, but he wouldn't give me that. I took my iphone 7 in for a cracked screen. It wasn't ready for a few hours past the drop off quote. When I got back I was informed they broke my home button and that they couldn't put a new one until the following Tuesday (6 days later). I was also told with the new home button I would lose fingerprint scanning. The guy apologized, took responsibility, and didn't charge me anything at all. I didn't give him grief because he handled it as best he could but I walked out knowing exactly what would happen, and it did...I was never called on Tuesday. Wow Worse customer service ever at IGuys Visalia. I took in my phone yesterday for cracked screen. Got home took put the phone back into its case and the top of screen cracked. When I called they state that I need to pay to have it replaced again. Literally had it 2 hours. Went from Visalia to Lindsay. These guys have no clue how to fix any cell phone related issues. Horrible customer service. They all believe and openly say they are the owner of the store. I went in originally to fix my cracked screen, they put cheap deffective screens on all phone that go bad within a month or so. The first one fried my motherboard and they replaced it with a Verizon motherboard for an att phone. I continued to have screen issues. The replaced the screen a total of 3 times. As of now the phone is not in working condition. The screen is not fully functional, it has dead spots as well as a motherboard that does as it pleases. I paid 800 for this phone new, then 125 for these guys to ruin it. The worst thing is each associate tells you something different when they view you're device. One said my warranty wouldn't cover it. Another said he could only glue the screen nothing else because they've worked on my phone to much, maybe fix the problems!! In the end these guys are jokes and can't fix anything. Never go to these clowns. I should've waited and went to go screenworks in Clovis. Yes the price is higher but that's because they know what they're doing and arnt trying to milk money from customers. I guys, more like I don't know what I'm doing. read more
