The owner of this place is very rude and mean. I have been going there for years. Today I went to get the meds and $30 shot and I just asked a question about the b12 shot, I wanted to find out if I don't get the b12 shot , is here a discount and he started yelling at me saying that I am already getting a discount and that he can't give me more discount, I was just asking a question. He didn't want me to respond and continued yelling at me then he said that he kicked me out of there. I have never been treated like the way this mean and rude person treated me. I consider myself an educated and informed Health Advocate and when I was looking to improve on my own physical and health conditions I chose IHC as my provider. On my first consultation I met with Shannon and the on staff doctor. Both were very pleasant and very informative. They made recommendations accordingly and didn't try to overcharge me on any type of upsell. When my blood test results came back they informed me of the results at the follow-up visit. I normally take B vitamin supplements, but Shannon recommended I switch to MB12 shots to help improve my energy levels. I was hesitant, but took her advice and I'm happy that I did. I can't begin to tell all of you how much IHC has changed my son's life (and mine). I took my son here about 4 months ago. He is 5 feet 6 inches and weigh 235 lbs. His blood pressure was also high in the 140's-150's. He is only 18 years old at the time(now 19). I knew he needed help losing the weight. I'm so glad I took him here! Came here with no appointment and inquiring about the bcomplex and vitamin b12 injections offered on their website. Was greeted by ashley and Maria at the front desk. They were very friendly and asked if provided b complex injections and how much they were. The doctor, dr. William hui (not sure if spelled correct) informed me that they did have what I was looking for and they were $15. Also, they had a check in deal that they said I could use, so I did! I was taken into the room and if I didn't have so many questions, I probably would have been out of there sooner but that is my fault and awesome of them to have been so patient and answered them all! This place offers hcg program drops or shots, they don't push it onto you, actually they more want you to understand what it is and benefits/cons to it. They offer more than just the regular b12 and lipo-b injections places offer, they offer 3 types of lipo-b all ranging into potency or strength. The vitamin injections they offer already surpassed other places bc finding a place that doesn't just offer b12 and lipo is pretty limited or difficult. They offer b complex, b6, vitamin c, mic, b12 and I'm sure others. Everyone is so nice here, the shots I got were pretty painless. I didn't feel the second one at all!
