The owner of this place is very rude and mean. I have been going there for years. Today I went to get the meds and $30 shot and I just asked a question about the b12 shot, I wanted to find out if I don't get the b12 shot , is here a discount and he started yelling at me saying that I am already getting a discount and that he can't give me more discount, I was just asking a question. He didn't want me to respond and continued yelling at me then he said that he kicked me out of there. I have never been treated like the way this mean and rude person treated me. I consider myself an educated and informed Health Advocate and when I was looking to improve on my own physical and health conditions I chose IHC as my provider. On my first consultation I met with Shannon and the on staff doctor. Both were very pleasant and very informative. They made recommendations accordingly and didn't try to overcharge me on any type of upsell. When my blood test results came back they informed me of the results at the follow-up visit. I normally take B vitamin supplements, but Shannon recommended I switch to MB12 shots to help improve my energy levels. I was hesitant, but took her advice and I'm happy that I did. My energy levels have been wonderful and my performance at work and in the gym have greatly improved. Another thing is Shannon makes it a very personal visit. If you want good prices on weight loss supplements (phentermine) that work if you put in the work as well, this is the place. Consultation is like 15 minutes and NOT free like it says on the website. When you pick up your pills, you'll be in and out in 2 minutes. Don't expect anyone to ask you how you're doing with your weight loss, offer to weigh yourself, or check on you as far as medication reactions/side effects. And please, for your own safety, get a physical and blood work before taking any of the pills they offer. It's really unprofessional that they don't require this before prescribing phentermine. I can't begin to tell all of you how much IHC has changed my son's life (and mine). I took my son here about 4 months ago. He is 5 feet 6 inches and weigh 235 lbs.
