Using the medications were easy, sure, a few "side effects" along with, but nothing over came my goal! Nothing! And finally, as I neared my goal, I was told I had to have back surgery, and luckily ONLY qualified due to my now "lost weight!" After surgery, I returned to continue to stay slim and also "pain free" via my spinal surgery, as any extra weight, literally took its toll on my spine!
