During my consultation, I was told that because the spot was so minimal, it would likely take only three treatments to achieve the desired result. Based on that representation, I decided to move forward. After completing two treatments, I have seen absolutely no improvement whatsoever. Not a slight improvement, not a minor change, nothing. What made the situation even more frustrating was management's response when I raised my concerns. Instead of addressing the fact that I was originally told three treatments would be sufficient, I was informed that results may take anywhere from six to ten treatments. Had that been disclosed during my consultation, I would have made a very different decision about proceeding with treatment. Cosmetic procedures are expensive, and clients rely on the expertise and honesty of the providers making treatment recommendations. Being told one thing during the sales process and something completely different after raising concerns is unacceptable. Rather than standing behind their recommendation or working toward a fair resolution, I was met with resistance and a lack of accountability. I followed the treatment plan exactly as advised and am left with the same issue I started with and no results to show for the money and time spent. I dealt with severe discomfort and emotional stress from this experience. What has been even more frustrating is how the situation has been handled afterward. Instead of taking responsibility, offering a refund, or making a meaningful effort to resolve the issue, I have been met with delays and requests for additional information while my concerns remain unresolved. I did not trust them again to return to be evaluated by them but sent my PCP evaluation to them. I would strongly encourage anyone considering treatment here to ask about the experience level of the technician performing their procedure and to carefully consider whether this is the level of customer care they would expect if complications arise.
