The second visit involved delay to receive a CD, despite the X-ray itself took less than 10 minutes. Today (4/22/2026), although there was a larger crowd, which I understand the process was poorly managed. The technician saw me within about 10 minutes, and the exam itself was quick. However, I then waited 45+ minutes for my CD, only to stand in line and be told it had been overlooked and they did not process it. This reflects a lack of organization and attention to detail. While the technical staff performs well, the overall coordination and service quality need improvement. Retraining and better workflow management are clearly needed.
