Today (4/22/2026), although there was a larger crowd, which I understand the process was poorly managed. The technician saw me within about 10 minutes, and the exam itself was quick. However, I then waited 45+ minutes for my CD, only to stand in line and be told it had been overlooked and they did not process it. This reflects a lack of organization and attention to detail. While the technical staff performs well, the overall coordination and service quality need improvement. Retraining and better workflow management are clearly needed.

The standby customers were about 8 at the highest point in time. It was unfair that the standby and even some who just walked in got seen before I did. When I was called in, there was no standby customer left. UNFAIR; this is encouraging customers to walk in, instead of schedule an appointment time.
