I made an appointment and was seen within 10 minutes, even on a day where they were short staffed. They still managed to remain on schedule, and I was in and out pretty quickly. Nancy, the person taking care of me, was such a sweetheart and so compassionate towards my health situation, even sharing a bit of her own experience to make me feel comfortable. I mentioned that I was a little bit squeamish with blood draws, and she did an excellent job of distracting me. I can tell she's very skilled, she drew my blood with little to no poking around for my veins. I had no bruising, soreness or excess bleeding. Most places I've gone to would've left my arm sore for a day or two with bruising, but not here. I was back to using my arm normally within an hour. Nancy took the time to explain to me how to do my stool test at home with very clear instructions to make sure I understood. Amazing patient communication from her. To the people leaving bad reviews because they decided to "walk in" just know that these workers are trying very hard to stay on schedule and they simply cannot just take random people coming in, otherwise, the entire schedule would be delayed. That's unfair for those who took the time to SET up those appointments, just to have someone who walked in take priority. They just don't run things this way and I highly appreciate that they stick to their scheduling system because it keeps things running smoothly and respects everyone's time. Just from my experience in the lobby, I saw the staff handle people very compassionately when explaining that they couldn't accommodate walk-ins. I especially noticed the blonde staff member being incredibly patient and kind with elderly patients, children, and even people in wheelchairs. The staff here genuinely seems caring and professional. If you plan to come here, I recommend scheduling an appointment on their website. Schedule at least 2 days in advance because the time slots fill up quickly. Overall, I had a great experience and would absolutely come here again for future lab work.

Came here because the was the closest Quest Diagnostics within my vicinity…read more My daughter was in need of having a urine sample analysis and we were directed to go to any QD location. This particular spot was busy upon arrival but that was expected since appointments are recommended but are not required. Staff work at a slow pace so a wait is guaranteed whether you have a scheduled appointment or not. I'd come back if needed due to the experience being manageable. There wasn't anything to rave about, nor complain.

I am…read moreunsure about the quality of care in the ER, but while recovering on the 2nd floor, the nurses and doctors came by to check up on him semi regularly. As he was bed bound, the nurses cleaned him up whenever we called for them and helped change his dressing for some bed sores that had developed (loved that they put the time changed directly onto the bandage themselves. The food was pretty bland though and only slightly changed every meal (there was usually steamed carrots, mashed potatoes, and a different protein every 2 days). Overall, we didn't have a bad experience. FYI: the main entrance says visiting hours are from 9am-8pm but we were able to get in 2 hours earlier and the doors are still unlocked at 9pm. After that, you would have to enter through the ER.

And the referral you sent me to, literally said it was simply to cya... yea I got it. ‍ This er visit was so traumatic I don't know if after being in California for 12 years, I want to stay. It sickens me the way you things treat humans here. next time ... i hope you're more intelligent/conscious to look closer and someone like me isnt still sitting where i am today and you actually helped them. ‍‍‍
