The help , explanations, and customer service I received from this office was outstanding. I worked with Sonny, Katya, and then Kristin over several days while investigating all options and rates from competitors. At the end of the day, I felt most comfortable choosing Allstate and happy I did. I would highly recommend this office to anyone in the valley of the sun , and will tell my friends and family a crossed the nation to be sure to check with Allstate if you're looking for new insurance. Not only was Sonia NEVER available to speak to me personally, no one in her office ever cared about the issues I was having with Allstate until I asked them to cancel my policies. Then all of a sudden they were interested in helping me, but it backfired when it took them so long to come back and say they couldn't help me that they then say they cannot go back far enough in time to when I had asked them to cancel my coverage, so I am stuck paying for two policies for the overlap period, which again, apparently there is nothing they can do to help with. WORST AGENCY AND SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. STAY FAR AWAY FROM SONIA AND HER AGENCY!

    I have been with Geico for at least the last 7 years. Have been paying them around 500 for a 6…read moremonth auto policy on my Dodge Caravan. 0n 06/16/25 Geico decided that my policy rate should increase from $500 for a 6 month policy to 1,690 for the same policy. Why the big increase, well to make extra money I decided that I would Uber a few hours a day. Guess Geico thought I was a bad person for doing so, My subscription went from 500 dollars every 6 months to 1,690 for the same auto. Not sure if they just don't like Uber or the fact that I was making extra money in this tight economy. If Geicos objective was to shut me down, Congratulations! because I am not able to handle a rate increase from 500 to 1,690 so naturally I have to let Uber go, mainly because you need to have your vehicle insured to drive with them Although Uber has there own insurance in case of an accident while driving. I received no notice of the rate increase or reasons behind it, just one day someone at Geico decided they would just change my rate and tell me to eat it.

I called several agencies for a quote, Auto Complete represents Geico, they had the best price, supposedly for the same coverage I had at State Farm. It was not the same. A few months later I had a broken windshield and realized the agent Nick Fallano, did not include glass coverage in my policy. I was pretty upset I had to pay $500 to have it replaced. I asked to have this added to my policy, he quoted just shy of $29. This started a hellish nightmarish chain of events that you would not believe! I started getting emails stating my credit card was going to be charged $945, then $6,855, then $770, then $733. I freaked! I called the agent, he said I needed to talk to Geico. I called Geico, they said I needed to talk to the agent. Then to add insult to injury they canceled my policy!!!! ON A SATURDAY, I got an email. I have going round and round, I have finally received some of the money reimbursed, they still owe me $107, and a big, big, big apology!!! TO DATE I HAVE RECEIVED NOT ONE APOLOGY!!!! Frantic to get a policy in place, I had to pay more than twice for insurance!!!!!! This has made me physically ill. DON'T USE GEICO, THEY ARE DISHONEST!!!!
