Beautiful & clean restaurant. we were a party of 3 & were promptly welcomed by Joe. Immediately seated and offered drinks by Lucy. Lucy is a very sweet & soft spoken waitress who was very detail oriented when we asked a few questions. We all got breakfast for dinner. We asked for some extras . Our meals can promptly along with everything else we asked for. We Didn't need to ask twice. it's alway a pleasure to be able to just sit & enjoy your dinner & conversation w/o any interruptions etc. Lucy was attentive , professional & polite. we would definetley go out of our way to come back to this location , especially when Lucy is here on a Mon, Wed or sunday night. The food was everything we hoped & knew it would be. I always get the Protein Power pancakes , I almost finished all 4 of them! . My son got a breakfast slammer special or something & his girl got the blueberry pancakes I was too busy eating to notice ... . Deliciousness for 3 peoplefor under $50 and that was with a soda each. Pancakes for dinner at IHOP, what can be bad! The restaurant was very clean, not crowded and our server was Joel who was very friendly and quick. I got 3 pancakes and plant based sausage. Yep, plant based sausage at IHOP. I would have never even guessed that they had that! My partner in crime got protein pancakes which were very good. Joel said that he did t care for them because they tasted gritty but I think they might have had some whole grain to them. Not really gritty but a little different than the regular ones. I am always perplexed when people review a chain restaurant as if they are expecting Chef Jose Andres or Daniel Boulud to be in the Kitchen. My reviews are based on an even plane of the same chains or similar chains for this kind of food. That being said, I believe IHOP should receive an award for the best to go packaging. They separate everything in its own container so flavors and sauces are notintermingling. For me, this is stellar! And even when I do takeout or delivery my food is always hot. The service I have always received from this location has always been excellent. whether I dine in or my usual is curbside pick up. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. So I don't know where all these negative reviews come from. I can only account for my experience. My pancakes are consistently fluffy and nice sized. Hash Browns are crispy. This would usually be an awesome thing, except nobody came to my table when I was sat. let me add, the establishment was empty. 5 tables at most, with 3 servers. I waited for almost 20 minutes before someone acknowledged me. Once I was Finally acknowledged, the service was pretty decent. If the food was better, maybe it would have made 3 stars. Putrid. One of the worst dining experiences in my 17 years of being a professional food connoisseur. My waiter I couldn't catch they/them name cursed me out in front of my five children, because I complained half of my sausage link was missing. Not to mention the hair I found in my New York cheesecake pancakes with extra whipped cream and strawberry syrup although I didn't really mind it. If I could give them an extra star for how poor it was I most definitely would. IHOP you should be ashamed and everyone should be fired. When I think of IHOP, I think of pancakes, waffles, breakfast maybe lunch. I would never think of IHOP for dinner. So friend of ours asked if we'd like to join them for dinner. I was a little hesitant because like I said you don't think of IHOP for dinner but IHOP does offer buy one, get one for free for 55 and over on certain nights so what do we have to loose. The IHOP we went to is definitely dated and I probably could've used a booster seat since the seats Definitely need to be updated. My wife and her friend had the burrito bowl. I had the Salsberry steak and her husband had a sandwich and all our meals were really good!The service was great and everything that came to the was and as ordered. As for pricing even if it was not a BOGO the prices were very fair. Will we be back absolutely, and when you update the booth seats I think we can do a 5th star. read more

Anytime you come here on a weekend expect it to be extremely busy. Even with that being said we went on a Saturday, it was packed, but the wait was maybe 15 minutes at most (not bad at all). The waitress was very attentive and extremely friendly. There's plenty of parking. The food is slightly more expensive then diner food but the breakfast is consistently good. Never in my life will i be returning to this ihop. We went with my 7 year old daughter for a nice breakfast. Which turned into a horrible experience. We were seated in the back and were eventually greeted by the oldest waitress i have ever encountered. Who didn't take our drink order until the 3rd time she came to the table. Asked us what we wanted after we told her she took out a pad and says "ok repeat that so i can write it down" The drinks came and my daughters drink tasted like cleaner. She asked for a chocolate milk which was brought over after coming by the table twice saying it'll be right there. My daughter ordered the jr cupcake pancake combo. Pancake was ok but covered in sugar without even any syrup. The eggs bland, dry, the bacon burnt the sausage tasted off. The gf got the Colorado omelette. With the cannoli pancakes. Asked for sour cream. The omelette was dry, the sour cream had to be asked for twice. The cannoli pancakes that in the picture looked amazing with cannoli filling coming out of them. When they came. There was a dollop if that in each. I got the monte cristo wrap. When it came, no powdered sugar. It was dry and tasteless. As soon as the food was placed our check was also placed on the table. In any restaurant that's a sign of rushing you. I've been to this location numerous times over the past years and never has that happened. I asked a waiter that was on his cell phone at a stand for the manager. This person I'm a black polo came over and as i started to explain to him what was wrong he stops me and says "look at how angry you are over pancakes at 11am. What would you like me to do" the absolute rudest and condescending way you could ever talk to a guest. Also telling me for years they give you the check with your food. Really?! Once that was said to me then i got angry. My daughter was hungry so i let her finish i told the manager he could get away from my table we don't want it. I never get angry as I've worked in the industry for 20 years as a manager. But now...i was furious. The food sat untouched in front of us as he kept looking at us mumbling to people. I opted for a healthier breakfast- egg white and veggie omelet with fruit. My brother got the country fried steak and eggs and my fiancé got the chicken stuffed crepes. I have been visiting this IHOP location since I was a child and it is one of the best! Rarely any issues, if there are they are resolved quickly. Great service and great food. Obvs longer waiting times on the weekends around Church time but they turn the tables around pretty fast considering. Most recently brought my Mom for mother's day. read more

The pancakes are always great and the eggs are OK enough, the staff is usually friendly and accommodating. The only downfall is the place could get pretty packed, especially with all those senior discounts ;) Every IHOP is practically the same, if you've been to one you've been to them all. I would give zero stars if I could. My boyfriend and I just went in to grab some dinner and there were only about 4 tables in the restaurant. We were sat and then ignored for over 5 minutes. No one ever came to greet us, no one brought us water or asked us if we wanted anything to drink. I said "Excuse me" three times to the young blonde girl at the host stand, however even though she was facing us, she was so engrossed with her text message we weren't acknowledged. It's ihop....what do you expect? I'm giving this place three stars because it's hit or miss here. I come here occasionally with the family. Sometimes it's really good and other times it's bad. I guess it just depends on the cook who makes it. This time I went I tried the birthday cake pancakes and it was super sweet. I felt like I was having desert for breakfast! I felt like it was all icing with sprinkles which is even more sugar! It was good but very sweet. If you're into that, then give it a try but I probably won't order that again. I really don't like IHOP I never had only because I don't think the food is all that great and I always have a negative experience when I go. This time was different. Our server was very nice and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. The food still sucked but she had no control over that. Breakfast is so easy to mess up and I always think that a spot that specializes in it would be incredible. Every time it's disappointing. I just don't get it. This is my go to Ihop it's very close to my house. I sometimes go with my husband. I enjoy the chocolate chip pancakes and get a wonderful sugar high from them. You have to be careful about the time you choose to go sometimes it's overly crowded other times you can easily get a table. read more

With major attitude we were told that she was our waitress but had a table of 19 to take care of before us. Yes, we were seated before them. The party of 6 had 4 adults and 6 kids. My husband and I just came out of this place, and the waiters on shift this morning, were full of attitude because we asked to be served as soon as possible. they were huffing and puffing of how busy it was, when there were free tables and absolutely no wait... When we finally ordered, the food came out cold, and served with attitude, as well. Makes us wonder "Where is the customer service heading to!"
