Our party was 3 people. We arrived at 5:00 pm and there were two other customers in the restaurant. The hostess (who also was our waitress) was not friendly and didn't smile once. She seated us and took our drink order. Drinks were brought to us and the sweet tea had soured. The waitress took our order which consisted of two orders of 2x2x2 and one breakfast sandwich with breakfast potatoes. Mind you she didn't write anything down she just tried to remember it. She went away to put the order in the computer and a few minutes later she came back with her iPad and asked questions about our orders. She walked away once again and then disappeared for quite some time and never came back to check on us or our food. We had to physically get up when we saw the waitress again to ask for a glass of water to replace the bad tea. At 5:30 pm our waitress came to our table with pen and paper and asked us for our order again and stated that the computer didn't connect to the kitchen and our order was never placed. If I could give a ZERO I would. When I walked in there was a group of 7 complaining about there order. Half the table eating the other half waiting on food to be remade. Server "Cam" seemed unbothered and unconcerned. We order drinks, they come out incorrectly and he completely missed my nieces drink. So we waited for her drink and ordered. 40-45 MINUTES later the server walks over expressionless. NOT to apologize for the wait or explain wha exactly the issue was since the restaurant was damn near empty. He starts clearing off the table where the customers had now been gone for about 30 minutes.. We have to call to "Cam" and ask him for Management. Wendell walks over and is "CLUELESS" as to why we are waiting so long with an empty restaurant. About 10 minutes later food comes out. Half of it is COLD, sides missing from plates. Without an explanation. Just food, coulda choked on the tough steak. Shrimp missing from order, pancake missing then cold on arrival. Friendly hostess, great service. Fairly new and clean restaurant. Food was served quickly and looked great, except my scrambled eggs and pancakes were stone cold. I used to go to this IHOP every week but haven't because of a huge change in my day to day life. Well last night I really wanted breakfast food and looked online to see what they had. I saw they had Pumpkin Spice CINN-A-STACK and this was a combination of my two favorite pancakes. When I got them home and looked at them though they look like crap. Only a tiny bit of cinnamon on top, nothing between the pancakes, no frosting, and no whip cream. They were really sad and definitely not worth near the cost. The website asked if I wanted crispy Hashbrowns or regular hashbrowns. I asked for crispy and they weren't even hardly done. I also got an order of strawberry banana pancakes which were definitely best of the three items I ordered. Will probably never return to IHOP and just keep going to Cracker Barrel instead for my breakfast needs. read more

Listen, I don't know who is running this Ihop, but they must have had their training on some television cooking competition show, where some angry chef was running around screaming all the time - because now no one is apparently responsible for anything. No one gets in trouble for not cleaning. No one gets taken to the office for a talk because they were just standing around doing nothing. No one .... I mean, is anyone in charge here??? The food is ok, but I can't rate this Ihop more than one star because the service SUCKS so bad and has for like 5 or 6 years now. Please hire people who can do the job. Waitresses complaining NONSTOP literally right next to us. Miss Vonly was scrambling with nobody to help her as she sat us and took our drink orders as everyone refused to take a table--overall super dramatic, unpleasant environment. I could make out servers crap-talking each other behind one another's backs feet away. Someone else raised cane while we were there because their food was cold too, and the manager was back and forth from the kitchen to the front. I witnessed the complainant in question's food being popped in the microwave before they even complained. Disgusting. Birthday song was sang maskless by an AWFUL blonde who hardly batted an eye to our table (I think Vonly assigned her to us and then she just up and left)--and the manager told her no, she does not need a MASK TO SING TO A CHILD. It is COVID y'all. My only plus is that Dakota was lovely and thus added a single star--she was pleasant, apologetic and made sure I got my missing bacon and frequently checked on us, and I ensured she was the one who got our tip. I have no idea what happened to this location--tables and floor were filthy, long waits just to be seated or check out when the restaurant was near empty, with waitresses refusing to take tables. Get it together y'all--I could probably taste the meth in my food if I thought hard enough about it. Sad. Walked in tonight at midnight and were the only people in the place. The hostess is back by the kitchen on a computer. After standing and waiting a couple of minutes, she finally comes to us. After asking if it's just the two of us, the phone rings. She proceeds to answer it and talks to what sounded like a supervisor for nearly five minutes. We left. She never looked up. Can't give no stars so I'll settle for one. UPDATE: No improvement. We did actually get to eat tonight though. However the order was wrong, the waitress never asked if we needed anything - she was too busy looking at something on her phone with another waitress - and we had to ask her to come get our money. Oh IHOP... where do I even begin? Before I started reviewing on Yelp, I went to this specific location a few times for breakfast, and it never disaappointed! This time, since I havent been in awhile, I decided to go for dinner, to try something new. What I got was as close as you can get to straight up disappointing and embarassing. I ordered a Cali Garlic Butter Burger, I asked to take off the Lettuce, Tomato, and Onion, so all that should be on the burger is Burger, Cheese, Bacon. Garlic Butter, Mayonaise, and also my side of Fresh Fruit. My burger came out and immediately I knew this burger was incorrect. There was NO bacon, garlic butter, AND mayonaise!!! And to make matters worse, it mentioned nothing on the menu about the burger having pickles, and guess what?? IT HAD PICKLES. IHOP YOURE KILLING ME!!! Immediately I alert my waitress about the situation. She kindly returns the dish to the kitchen, and a little over a minute later it comes back out. They were out of mayonaise so they gave me packets of mayo to use, and as for the burger... NOTHING CHANGED. All they did was plop bacon on it. The pickles were still there and NO GARLIC BUTTER!!! This time, I did not alert my waitress, but instead took it to the manager. This is what cracks me up here. He takes a business card, signs it, and tells me "You can show that to your next server for a free pancake." ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? You can get pancakes free with basically ANYTHING!! I wanted to laugh so bad at the manager, but I managed to hold it in. On December 28th 2017, I had a very disappointing experince. The waitress was rude and did not have a pleasing attitude. When the plates arrived to the table we had to call her back over to order the warm syrup we had already had asked for but it was never brought. As i started eating I found a hair in my hashbrowns. After that the waitdress asked i everything ok and I said no there was a hair on my plate. She smiled and walked off. There was no attemp to make it right. Went to this IHOP like we had many times and we get okay service, but today was just over the top. We walked in and waited to be seated for about 15 to 20 minutes. That isn't a big deal but there were only about three customers eating in the restaurant. Most employees were just talking to each other. So we sit down and they get our drink order after 10 minutes. We waited about twenty more minutes and never got our drinks so we left. 6 different employees must have looked at us, but not one said anything or offered any help. Went there Sat night between 7 an 7:30 pm. Was told by the Hostess that she had to hold us there for at least 5 minutes. I counted 12 tables set-up and ready for service. I asked why the wait. I have eaten at this IHOP from time to time for about 10 years and seen it go up and down in service and quality of food. Each time I have visited during the week I have found the service to be good and the food to be fine. The past few times that I have ordered the garden crepes, they have been excellent. Last Sunday was an exception: the dining room was crowded, the servers inattentive...so much so that my friend and I walked out and went across the street to O'Charley's. But we will be back. Went the other day (Saturday night) with my boyfriend and his cousin. I ordered the Monster Cheeseburger with bacon and fries. I also ordered a side of 4 chicken strips. The server (can't remember her name, I think it was Alexis) had to be told multiple times about the strips. When she brought the food she forgot my boyfriend's pancakes and my chicken. She went back 5 minutes later she bring the pancakes but not my chicken. 15 minutes later she brings me two chicken strips. Then 10 minutes later she brought the other two. The strips were cold when they got to the table. The monster burger was greasy and instead of the Swiss cheese it was supposed to come with it came with what tasted like Kraft singles Americana cheese.
