A little slow, but my server was really kind and friendly the times I did see her. I also heard from her that they're having a few staffing changes so maybe that means it'll pan out better in the future. My food was great on the other hand. Hot, fresh, and accurate. Since I mostly came for my apps and hockey, I'd say that was the perfect fit. My real only issue, is why, at 9:30 at night, are the lights on full blast? I'm trying to watch a game, which is the main reason most people come to BWW, considering they have at least 10 tv screens in view at all times. It was brighter than a high school gym in there. The chairs were uncomfortable, with curved edges that pressed into my kidneys the entire time. It reminded me of sitting in a high school classroom desk rather than relaxing at a restaurant. Service wise I didn't really know who my server was, maybe they switch? I ordered the mac and cheese and felt pretty neutral about it. I was not digging it, but I was not hating it either. It tasted more like Alfredo than traditional mac and cheese, which was not what I was expecting. The shrimp, however, were good and easily the best part of the dish.
