One rare morning I was craving breakfast foos and decided to doodash some IHOP. I'm typically a waffle lover, but these pancakes tried to win me over. I got the breakfast sampler, which came with bacon, sausage, eggs, and hash browns as well. Quite a lot of food but I sampled it all and took quite a cozy nap after. had a pick up order which i knew they would take long so i decided to leave my house the time it said the order would be ready, but when i got there the dude told me he didn't see my order and said he'll check for me and be right back.i would say 20 mins went by and he never returned but i seen a lady that kept bringing orders to they shelf thing they have on the side but again the man never returned so im thinking maybe he's waiting for the order to be ready. i was wrong, he never came back out thats when i decided to check the shelf myself after waiting even longer and finally saw my order( which the lady brought out but i was never informed) i wasted more then 40 mins waiting and received cold stale food read more

If I could leave 0 or even negative stars I would. This is BY FAR the worst restaurant in the area. It is randomly closed at weird times, making it incredibly inconsistent to frequent. They will just randomly stop taking online orders while they are supposed to be open. They are always woefully understaffed and the service frankly is terrible. Wildly inconsistent. We have had Kiwanis events supporting Ronald McDonald House and the scholarship programs for the local high schools' Kiwanis Key Clubs at this location. Our I-Next Kiwanis Club has hosted both a fundraiser and a quarterly group meeting at this location. The General Manager Jake Moore and his management team have gone out of their way to make every event there a great success. We had a large group with individual orders and appetizers. The food was excellent, the service was excellent and we held our meeting in their private room area. This was able to accommodate our meeting and our annual rather large White Elephant Sale. Parking is very easy, they have multi-lingual staff which is most helpful when you have multi-lingual customers and are located right off the I-270/I-71 in central Ohio. For the chain recipes and that reliability, this IHOP meets expectations. They're obviously short staffed, and that should allow people to adjust their expectations and keep them reasonable. The food came out about 10-14 minutes after we were seated which seems fair for the volume of customers to staff and how much food groups were ordering. We'll be back. read more

We opted for carry out due to my Husband getting home from work at 6:00 am. First time trying iHop. I ordered potato pancakes, the Monte Cristo Wrap, and a small scrambled egg, sausage link, and silver dollar pancakes. I know, I know, but I was really hungry and since this was my first time I wanted to try a few things. My Husband ordered a BLT, hash browns, small scrambled egg. The sent me home with tons of condiments and utensils and a boatload of good food. The Monte Cristo Wrap was amazing! It had turkey, ham, and cheeses wrapped in crepes. I didn't use the jelly they sent but opted for strawberry preserves. Yum! The potato pancakes were a tad greasy, but very tasty as well. Very crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The eggs, silver dollar pancakes, and sausage were good too. My Husband's BLT was on lightly toasted white bread and the bacon was extra crispy, the way he likes it. His hash browns were also very crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. He really enjoyed his food as well. We look forward to stopping in and trying different items on their menu. I was reluctant to eat here due to experiences at other locations but my side kick for the day chose this one. Needless to say...BEST experience. The food was cooked perfectly and service was quick & friendly. I had the waffle combo in the strawberry cheesecake toppings..best waffle I have ever had. It taste like they cooked the food in real butter (at least the shredded hash browns and eggs and OMG...try the biscuit). It was so good!! My side kicked loved her meal too (eggs Benedict with bacon jam..said the hollandaise was really good and not bland). Bragged about it to my husband and we went the next day but the wait was 45 minutes to an hour due to 2 huge parties so he was bummed he didn't get the experience because we didn't have time to wait. Came here despite all the negative reviews, because we needed some breakfast after church. The lot was full, and the restaurant was almost full, but we still were seated almost immediately. Service was very good, start to finish. Sweetie got her usual breakfast combo and liked it. I had the chicken cordon bleu, and it was pretty good: crispy chicken, ham, spinach, sauce. Perfectly cooked home fries. They checked back on us often, and cleared plates, made sure we had what we needed, etc. It's IHOP, after all. Decent food, decent prices, nothing fancy. It's not a place I go when I want amazing food- it's a place to eat where you know the food will be good. It's a big chain, with locations near highways. It's been long time since last update which surprised me. This will be my fifth time and during morning hours when it should be busy it was light on a Tuesday 8am morning. I was seated quickly and the place looks clean. One couple who are neighbors of mine frequently visited here and liked it. He worked at a fancy chain restaurant in Columbus and liked this placed for just basic breakfast. I'm under the same opinion and see businessmen eating here for meetings and a large group but still slow overall. I ordered the Colorado omelette, red potato hash and French bread. Everything was cooked well except the ham in the omelette was bad and gray, they quickly fixed it for me and manager apologized for it. Besides that everything tasted alright. I liked the beef in the omelette but disappointed with the ham on first dish. It didn't impress me and the food while served hot quickly got cold probably from the cold plate. The staff was friendly to me. Negatives ham on first dish, single speaker at entrance was loud and can be heard throughout the place, place is clean but a bucket was under a spot with no warning to watch your step. This has to be one of the worse locations. I placed an order at 9:22, order said it would be ready between 10:20 and 10:30. I make my way there, I call and they say my order isn't ready. My order wasn't ready until 10:46. I get it, they're busy. But the fact that I waited that long for a completely wrong order is annoying. I ordered 2 apple juices, orange juice, a side of sausage, 2 pancake combos with bacon. I got a apple juice, a coffee, blueberry pancakes with chicken tenders, scrambled eggs with cheese and sausage. I called several times to confirm my order and let them know I was sitting outside in the to go area waiting. Such a disappointment. IHOP never has cars in the parking lot and it is realitively new to our area always shocked at how few Grove City residents dined here until tonight We we underserved in both service, table and booth cleanliness, and food My wife's omelette came out with all the ingredients on the outside (she has ordered he same omelet it every time we gone with no problems) She ordered it with no chesse they melt d cheese on top I ordered a drink with no ice and got a drink with Ice We asked for our kids food to come out first we waited and waited then all the food came out at once 20 mins after the kids meals were done (I ordered steak - big mistake) They did take the omelette off the bill but unfortunately they also took another car out of the parking lot- we will not be back...ashamed too as it is so close to our house and there is never a wait....now we know why read more

Don't even know which one was my server. I'll never go back and if anyone asks I will give bad feed back, I was super excited to try one of new menu items.
