Stopped here on our way home from an event. One of the cleanest IHOPS I have ever been in, and very large! The manager was attentive to us (could have been my Children's Miracle Network Jacket-IHOP is a huge sponsor) but it was still nice to be noticed. IHOP has been a family tradition since I was a kid, which is probably why I have a sweet spot for it. The staff is usually welcoming and kind, and the food comes promptly and is made well (as far as IHOP food goes). The waiters and waitresses tend to be new, high school kids so you'll have to go out of your way to ask for certain things, which is fine with me because they're learning! This was the worse Ihop experience I've ever had. Our food was served cold, with parts of the entree missing. I made the misfortunate decision to order the Turkey and gravy entree. It was horrible. The potatoes were lukewarm and tasted as powdered as you could possibly buy at the Dollar store. The Turkey was COLD!, and 3 of the menu items were excluded. I had to tell the waitress what came with the meal. We will not be returning. read more

I know some people have complained about the service, but actually, that has always been the reason, and deciding factor, for going to IHOP of Marlboro. The wait staff are super nice! I haven't been to this one in years. We were getting tired of all the same old local spots so we decided to give this place a shot. We got there a little later than usual for our breakfast. Around 11 am. Place was packed even then. We were seated quickly and the waitress got our coffee and took our orders. I'm not going to dwell on the food that much because it's Ihop. You pretty much know what you're going to get. The menu is so big it is almost overwhelming. I was so tempted to get the blueberry cannoli pancakes. Thankfully, my better judgement won out and I stuck with the breakfast sampler. 2 eggs, 2 pancakes, bacon, sausage, and ham. Did i mention that this is NOT the place to go when dieting?? Any way, this place seems to be very well run. I watched the manager going around checking on tables and picking up slack when service was needed. The way a manager should!! Our waitress was very nice. I have never been to a "fast Ihop" but this time, the food came out in a reasonable time. My wife had the breakfast crepes which were good, but a little dry. My son had the Colorado omelet which looked like something out of a Man VS Food episode!! For those of us that desire to live a few more years, I can't recommend this as a frequent stop, but for the occasional indulgence of over the top food and over the top portions, it ain't bad. read more

I ordered the fried chicken patties with cheese on the broccoli and mashed potatoes. They did not add the cheese to the broccoli as shown in the picture. The waitress was nice and went back to tell the cook. Anyway she brought me a little cup of something white to pour on the broccoli. It wasn't cheese at all as said in the menu. I poured it on my broccoli but when I tasted it I realized it was buttermilk. How disappointing. It messed up my meal but for fear of being sabatoged with something More disappointing I figured I would just leave a review. I guess the cook left the joke on me for complaining. read more

I think the food here is just okay. What really gets me is the unwelcoming atmosphere this place has. It doesn't matter the time of day. Before you even open the door, you are bombarded with a slew of signs saying what they don't allow, which gives it a negative vibe. That same theme is continued when you sit down. i grabbed the silver door handle. the glass was shiny clean. i walked along the brown floor and felt as if i was walking the red carpet. i was guided by the sweetest hostess to a lovely clean wooden table. i sat down in the comfortable booth. i scanned the super swag qr code and the ihop menu appeared on my phone instantly. the awesome waitress gave me some OUTSTANDING WATER. it tasted like pure happiness and made me feel all clean. i drank so much water that i had no choice but to release my bodily fluids. i made my way to the nifty bathroom. i felt very safe in there. i wanted to stay in there but i knew i couldn't get my food delivered to me if i just stayed in there. when i got back to my table i ordered some pancakes. i wish i stayed in the bathroom. when i ate the squishy pancakes the texture was perfect. though it felt like i was gaining a thousand pounds, it was completely worth it. i even had to unbuckle the belt!! i should've unbuckled my belt in the bathroom but i licked the syrup covered fork. i enjoyed every single millisecond of being in that facility. very yum. the water tasted amazing. the covid guidelines truly made me feel as though the establishment cares about my well being. the manager matt is very cool!! read more

Live right by here its very convenient the food is well cooked (they make necesary adjustments and substiutions) and the only thing i dont like about this ihop in particular is the Costco right next store, but parking is pretty seperate from the restaruant and warehouse. We went here for breakfast. Daughter ordered the Chicken Florentine Crepe and loved it. I ordered the Take Two Combo which was 2 eggs, home fries and Cinn-A-Stack pancakes. They were pretty good. The pancakes were sweet but good. Hubs ordered the Garden Omelette and liked it. Service was friendly but the orders took a while for it to come out. My daughter was starving, so she ordered hers while we were still looking at our menus. Her order came out WAY before the rest of the orders came out. I'm not a fan of iHops in general, but this one is old and run-down. Service has been on the slower side every time I've gone. The pancakes come out cold and strangely soggy. The eggs are surely from a mix because they are so extremely bland. Everything seems stale and flavorless. Hash browns are meh. Surely anyone could cook better at home. This IHop location is fabulous. I Love how they remolded the place from head to toe. The staff is always friendly and they engage into conversation with customers naturally. I love the pancakes and the endless coffee. Management must treat their staff good at this location because you do not really see much of a turn around. My favorite servers are Jil and Katie. The Management staff is nice and professional. They had a nice manager named Monique but they said she went to another restaurant out of state. My husband ordered coffee, the cup had lipstick on it. It was pointed out to the waitress who said it was a 'stain'. Anyhow, she brought a 2nd cup, again lipstick mark. Showed it to manager who just washed it under the sink and handed it back saying 'I used hot water'. Next fiasco, I got bacon instead or sausage. The waitress said that that was what I ordered and could prove it to me on her order. I was shocked when she came with a plate for me to put the bacon on to take it back in exchange for the sausage!
