Great food and service. My wife and I have been here several times already and we'll be back again! The place itself is clean and spacious. Bathrooms are all clean and well stocked. Stephanie, our server, was attentive and very friendly and professional! Check them out!

We walked in and the waitress was accommodating and nice, she was attentive to everything. We got the Bacon temptation omelette, poblano eggs benedict, breakfast sampler, cinnastack pancakes, and milkshake. My omelette was delicious with lots of bacon and cheese, the eggs benedict was pretty good but the hollandaise was weird, bitter. The breakfast sampler was perfect, same for the cinnastack pancakes, I loved that sweet cinnamon glaze on top, the milkshake was alright, big serving though!

So, I'm giving 3 stars for 2 reasons. 1. My husband thought the food was good quality. 2. The waitress was really nice. Otherwise, I would have only given 2 for my experience. 1. I asked for water and never got it. 2. I ordered turkey bacon and they didn't have any. There's no one here and they have a limited menu and they don't have an item in the menu. Disappointed. 3. She specifically asked us if we wanted grape of strawberry jelly for our toast. We all asked for strawberry and we all got grape. It's the little things. Coffee is decent. Service was fast and friendly.

IHOP is IHOP, one of the things I like about this place is the consistency from the restaurant to the other. I am we wish they still serve real maple syrup like they did years ago not the fake stuff. On the menu was bacon sausage ham eggs and hashbrowns with a side of bread and pancakes. With nothing exceptional, it was just good old ihop along with the consistency it has. It was a good breakfast with excellent service. They came out with this new dish called cereal pancakes, I don't know who came up with that idea but as the movie says "run Forrest run" I didn't try it and I know I never will

You know they are a good breakfast spot when people are waiting at 6:15 for doors to open. We had…read morebreakfast here a few years ago and enjoyed it; wanted to go back but we don't eat breakfast often. Prices were higher this time, understandably. They are still better priced on a basic breakfast than other places nearby. I wanted to try their eggs Benedict even though I've only ever had it maybe 2-3 times in my life! I'm not a good person to judge since I'm not really sure what hollandaise should taste like! It was more tangy tart than I expected. The eggs were cooked the way they should be and the ham was thick. In my memory, it should've had a stronger ham flavor, as I think Canadian bacon is the traditional meat and I was hoping for that. But even eating a piece of the thick ham by itself, I couldn't taste a salty smoked ham flavor. While I found that disappointing, I couldn't take a star away because visually it looked great, and I imagine a lot of people would love to see that thick slice of ham even if it is too mild! Don't judge it by my photo because I broke my yolks and stirred them up before I remembered to take a photo. The grits (my choice of side) were just like I like them. My husband got a 2 eggs breakfast with home fries (?) sausage and toast. It was a full plate of food and he enjoyed it. They have home made strawberry jam (yum!) and I will for sure get breakfast with toast or biscuits next time just so I can have some of that jam. I did put a little bit of jam on a couple bites of my English muffin from under my Benedict. The coffee mug was tall so my husband appreciated that; and the friendly & attentive server, Melissa, filled it before empty, as needed. We will be back "sooner than later" hopefully, because there's more I want to try on their menu. I do recommend going here for breakfast especially if you are an early bird or find yourself out and about very early for some reason like we were, and need a breakfast. I think they might get crowded quickly, so early is better. Note that their hours were not accurate on the iPhone maps app - I submitted correct hours and it's pending approval. However I used the website hours and one of their days I think it was Sunday - was showing closed at 1 but it's actually 1:30.

The meatloaf was very good and came with a bbq glaze and some bbq sauce on the two slices. The mashed potatoes are real, you can tell because they leave the skins on! My wife also had an order of the potato pancakes with applesauce. Those were fabulous! Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, done beautifully. They also provide a small bowl of applesauce which was very good and we appreciated the amount. I had tow biscuits with gravy, two scrambled eggs, and hash browns. In my opinion, they have the best biscuits and gravy in the area. Gravy has plenty of flavor and the biscuits are soft and flaky on the inside, yum. Chasity was our server and she was fantastic! Got our order right, checked back to make sure everything was good, and offered good conversation.

If you're looking for something that isn't the typical chain, this will be your place . I visited twice this month for breakfast and one time for brunch. Both were great. The Breakfast Bowl is one of my favorites with whipped eggs that are fluffy and moist served with sliced peppers and onions and sausage all over the top with cheddar cheese on cubed potatoes. The scrambled Eggs are so tasty. I just loved em, the waitress said that the eggs are whipped which makes them extra fluffy and creamy. A Fresh Quiche special is made daily & served with a bowl of fresh fruit. The three meat quiche was delicious, super moist and full of meat. I tried the Reuben sandwich. It is out of this world, with onion rings that I couldn't stop eating! Crispy delicately made and tasty as could be! And don't forget to go over to the bakery counter, each time we picked up snacks for later, the brownie was excellent, as was a coconut pecan everything bar just great. And if you like a good cup of coffee, theirs is roasted locally, robust great flavor, best cups I've have had in Florida! Thanks Zoe's

I had coffee and water and ordered a skillet of corned beef hash with house, potatoes and a biscuit, two eggs over-easy. The biscuit was really a star, tasty, crispy edges, nice and homemade. And I recommend the side gravy ($1.95) good with little bits of sausage and a lot of pepper. The corn beef was really fatty so I wish they trimmed it a little better cooked it rendered farther down. The so-called fancy house potatoes were just hashbrowns with some white sauce in the middle if seemed. I questioned whether they were the house potatoes... hard to distinguish between a hash brown. All in all it was tasty and plentiful, and I enjoyed the leftovers that I took home and cooked fresh eggs with the next day.

I am updating my previous review, and unfortunately, this visit warrants a 2-star rating…read more This has always been our go-to spot for breakfast, but over the past few months--and especially now--things have clearly changed, and not for the better. We're now at the point where we're questioning whether we will return. Since the head chef is no longer there, it's very noticeable that the kitchen has been impacted. The quality, taste, and speed of the food have all declined. Even more concerning is the lack of professionalism you can now see coming out of the kitchen--it's disappointing. What made this visit even more surprising is that this was during a special holiday, and the restaurant was not busy. Given that, there is no reason service and food should have taken as long as it did, or come out with such poor quality and lack of execution. The General Manager needs to take stronger control--not just of the kitchen, but also of the service team's attitude and overall execution. There are a couple of servers who consistently do an excellent job--Franklin being one of them. He gets it right every single time, even with special requests, and truly stands out. Unfortunately, that was not our experience today. Our server, Sheyly, took our order and we made a simple request to have our French toast held until after our main dishes. Her response of "I'll try" was not reassuring, and she walked away without confirming anything. We then waited over 30 minutes for our food, only to hear our server yell to the kitchen to "hold the French toast"--which clearly came too late. The French toast was brought out before our main dishes, with no acknowledgment or concern for the mistake. When our main dishes finally arrived, the presentation was poor and the portions were noticeably smaller than what we've experienced before. While there may have been issues with the previous head chef, one thing that was always consistent was the quality and execution coming out of the kitchen--and that consistency is now gone. We truly hope that the GM or someone within the organization takes the time to read this and make the necessary changes, because this place used to be something special. Prev Review ; Nice place for breakfast but some of the waitress need some training. The chef and team are always on point.

We weren't there for longer than an hour and she was already trying to rush us out of our table at one point, even though there was absolutely no one waiting to be seated and many other tables waiting to be cleaned. Our server was attentive but I think she might have gone home halfway through our meal because she disappeared. We had to flag down Grumperstein to get a to go container for my food, which is really why we were there longer than an hour in the first place. Our server disappeared and no one else bothered to come over once we got our check. The food was decent and average priced. It was fresh when we got it, so good part on the server. Extensive menu with healthy food options, which is good for me. The ambiance probably would have been better if they actually had friendly people that had smiles on their face. Or clean tables. I'm not sure what the deal was, but the only time anybody had to wait for a table was because they had to wait for someone tobclean one of the many dirty ones off that no one had bothered to clean instead of standing around. Up until today, I've only ever had takeout from here and did not feel the food was worth what you pay for. Now I definitely stand behind that statement. I know there aren't many breakfast locations (besides Panera, which is right next door). In all honesty, I'd rather go to Mcdonald's if this is the kind of service you get for the price you pay for the food here. And I don't eat Mcdonald's.
