The dining room was clean and well organized. Service was amazing it was my birthday and they all came out singing happy birthday it was super sweet , I even got a free happy birthday pancake . Service was terrible food took forever they took forever on my coffee and it was horrible water was bad and the place was dirty

Stay away from..the waitress was good..but the coffee was cold and had had to send it back. Then the food was cold and country fried steak tasted off..like freezer burned. I will not be going back. I paid 70.00 for this meal and was left severely disappointed. They just need to close the doors. read more

I have had no problem with this restaurant since it opened, but yesterday was a sorry way to run a business. We walked in and had to wait about 5 or so minutes to be seated. There was a man getting a take-out and they were working on that problem. She finally seated us after she had to clean off a table. We were given menus and started looking. Well, there only seemed to bet two servers working and only about 10 people in the building. We waited a long time (15 minutes or better), but no one returned to take our order OR bring us anything to drink. The servers were walking around cleaning tables and giving checks to other folks. We were looked at but no attention was paid to us. After at least 15 minutes we just got up and left! The food has always been good out there, but don't think I will try it again. If the building had been packed with patrons, I could see it, but just 10 folks........nope! read more

Worst Ihop in America. Poor leadership needs affirmative action. An average of 1 hour wait for all done in. Done ins should have first priority! ( Not call ins, Not pick ups, and differently not Door dash) This Ihop focuses on the fast money while Dine in Customers are waiting. The under staff servers are trying. Arrived at 6:30am for breakfast. Hostess seemed to be bothered that a customer came in and was very unfriendly. Ordered eggs, sausage and toast... all ice cold. Toast was only toasted on one side . When I went to pay for my meal, ALL staff was gone. Called into the kitchen for some help and was told hostess was in her car on the phone and she'd be back in about 20 mins. The restaurant is filthy and they don't seem to like people actually coming in to eat. Will NEVER be back to this IHOP. I would NOT recommend eating here. read more

We had high hopes going in. Terribly disappointed. Service was the slowest I have ever had. It took us 1 hour and 15 minutes to receive part of our order. Server spilled coffee on the table and floor when that finally arrived and never came back to clean it. I had to ask a different server for some napkins to wipe off the table. The food came to the table in stages so I was no longer interested in it at that point. Server did apologize frequently, but never refilled our coffee carafe. I will give staff the grace to be slower when things are really busy but this went beyond what a reasonable person should allow. The lighting was bright enough to see the food, that was something at least. The server also gave us a 10% discount for the waiting, which was not nearly enough to make up for the visit. I will not return. I hope others have a much better experience. read more

I have always enjoyed IHOP. However, today was a disaster. I stopped to eat at the Rockingham, NC IHOP. I was the the only customer there except for a few in the next room finishing up. I ordered the pancake combo with hash browns, scrambled eggs and sausage links. I waited 15-20 minutes and had to finally ask another waiter about my order. He (not my waitress) brought out the eggs, sausage and hash browns but no pancakes. She rarely checked on me. The hash browns were cold and the eggs lukewarm. I sent the hash browns back. Finally the pancakes came. I asked him what the problem was and he blamed it on a shift change. However, all I could hear from the kitchen was loud laughter and folks having fun. I was totally ignored. I kept waiting on the hash browns but they never came so I paid and left. The way the staff is running the store will ruin the business. I called the manager and shared my concerns. He needs to do a better job of running the store. I am contacting the IHOP national office. No customer should be treated like this! read more
