The best breakfast. Everything is cooked to perfection. Oh, and the waffles are delicious. The cook is great and the service is spot on. We enjoy going at least once a week. Just went two days ago and the staff is sweet and helpful but not very attentive. I stated clearly that I wanted to order a to go plate but was never approached again after receiving my food, not for a refill on my drink nothing. I ordered the Philly cheese steak omelette and got NO TOAST my omelette looked as flat at the pancake not fluffy as usual. Wasn't flipped right either majority of the cheese and meat was BURNT AND ON THE PLATE NOT IN THE OMELETTE. Very disappointing I'll make the extra drive to IHOP or another huddle house. read more

VERY BAD customer service. I placed and paid for a online order. When I arrived at the restaurant the lady behind the counter said they did not have any takeout containers so they could not fulfill my order. I asked about getting my money back and she said I would have to call customer service. So I called customer service, they took my information and stated someone would get back to me in 48hours. Well I waited 3 days and no call. So I called back and same thing someone will get back to you in 48hours. One week later not call. 3rd time calling they said the same thing still no call back. Hubs and I like to eat here occasionally for the breakfast anytime. The waitresses are kind and helpful . Tonight there was a full house and, it appeared to be, a new cook. I ordered a baked potato with 2 orders of grilled onions as the single order has alway been , maybe, a tablespoon of onions. I got my order but the onions were ON the potato - not on the side, as I requested. And there MAY have been a half teaspoon of onions. I asked the waitress if that was supposed to be a double order. She immediately said she would get more, still being a kind waitress. Hubs ordered his usual breakfast platter , asking for the bacon to be crisp. He got a large serving of everything , including a LOT of butter- on the side . All was good except the bacon appeared to be warmed up in the pan. He didn't have the opportunity to ask for the bacon to be cooked more until our meals were almost finished. The waitress took his bacon back, on a small plate, and immediately brought back CRISPY bacon. So, after some ado, I got a "normal" serving of onions and hubs got his CRISP bacon. This Huddle House is normally quiet with a relaxing atmosphere but tonight the music, though not too bad, was so loud that folks were shouting to be heard. The waitress had VERY LONG artificial nails, which I thought was against health regulations, or should be. Food was good although the normal, somewhat greasy, fare for this type of restaurant. I do hope that the music is turned back down to a reasonable level and the orders are delivered timely and correctly in the future..waitresses, are so patient and kind. I don't envy them their jobs - but do hope that they address the long fingernail issues and perhaps get some additional help and a cook who can read English ... read more

Forget what all the terrible reviews say, this place is awesome. The staff is super friendly, the food is very good, and you don't have to wear masks or social distance. This is by far one of the best diners I have ever been to. read more

In the spirit of location, location, location this particular restaurant is set in a not so well off community. The patrons are mostly local and drinking then eating is the norm. The staff which did mostly well with service still had there issues with the regulars which probable frequent often. I found the place kept up mostly with the exception of the usual bathroom uncleanliness and paper towels and wipe paper strewn about. A good place for the only place open late and they have 24 hour truck parking on site. Worth the visit of you find yourself drunk or exceptionally hungry in this one horse town. read more

Do not go here at night. First, the service is slower than a snail. Secondly, the food was terrible. Lastly, hire some more people to work night shift. A waste of money and time. Huddle house here is awful , the servers have bad attitudes, always outside smoking at the wrong times , also their silverware isn't thoroughly clean not or the cups. Man, this place has gone down hill. Ended up paying $20 to eat for two; their excuse was that they had to charge gratuity or face termination. Our food total should have been $12 at most, but I ended up paying 75% of that as a tip? The food is OK at best, but it really turns to ash in your mouth when you feel you just got scammed.
